You closed my account without any warning. You didn’t give me any chance to respond to your decision, before you closed it. That is very bad and a big disappointment. At least wait for my answer.

This is my first time bidding at this auction house and I am super happy. I wish the Bjornssons Auktionskrammare team good health and successful bidding!

I had a very good experience with Auctionet. The support team responded quickly and helped me arrange combined shipping (samfrakt), which reduced the total cost. The process was smooth and professional. I really appreciate the clear communication and helpful service.

I have found some beautiful Orrefors items for auction at Auctionet, including many vintage and difficult to find pieces. After making purchases there for 2 years I can't say enough good things. Customer Service has been terrific. The site is very easy to use, most items seem to be very good quality, shipping is fast although slightly expensive due to the distance. Overall I give Auctionet the highest marks.

Buying from Auctionet was my introduction to actual auctions outside of ebay. I bought several items and all went smoothly until an item arrived broken which was extremely disappointing. I anticipated a long argumentative battle to try and prove the item was not properly wrapped and put loose in the cardboard box. To my surprise, I got a response within 2 working days and an action for a full refund upon submitting the requested pictures and bank details. This truly gives me the confidence to continue buying, as even if an item is damaged in transit, I know I will get an impeccable customer service

Auctionet takes very high freight costs - they explain that they offer a worry-free experience and that all goods are packed with love and care - this is absolutely not true. I believe Auctionet makes a very handsome profit on this. it costs me 44 EUR to ship a few kilos of cutlery. Several times they use oversized boxes which drives up the cost - I have never seen anything like it. When you complain you get the same copy / paste answer from their support. Two packages were also returned and I was told that despite several attempts to deliver and remind to pick up at pick-up points the package was not picked up. Again a lie where no reminders have been sent at all. And here Auctionet does no longer stand behind their worry-free statements - they are not accountable for if the freight company has sent messages or not - they refer me to the freight company. In the meantime the goods are returned to Auctionet and I have to pay the same high price again to get it delivered. An absolute joke. To avoid at all cost !

The Auctions say they will end then suddenly add minutes or even days when the price is not what they want its manipulated I can't trust it at all.

I won the auction on February 2, in Kalmar, Sweden, and immediately paid for the item and for shipment, as I live in another country. I have not received what I paid for, but instead received 4 mails threatening additional fines if I didn’t pick up my item immediately. I have emailed to Support Auctionet, including receipts of my payments, but they haven’t answered. I just received a new mail from them demanding that I pick up my item. I’ve spent HOURS on this without result. Terrible customer service.

I had one brand new diamond ring that I wanted to sell, so I contacted them. It was in October 2025. They replied that I was welcome to send the ring to them and they would place it in an auction and handle the entire process.
As I live in another country, I sent the ring to their auction house via DHL to ensure secure and reliable delivery. They confirmed receipt of the item (I have proof of delivery). However, since then, absolutely no updates and no responses to any of my emails. I’ve sent multiple emails and they just completely ingnore me.
It has now been 4 months and they haven’t replied to a single message. I don’t know what happened to my item, I guess it has been stolen by their workers, no other logical explanation for that.
So if you are considering selling something valuable…please think twice. Seems like a very trustworthy company, but guess not so much.

Total scammers.
Four items were purchased, each with a shipping fee of 510 SEK, ensuring each item would arrive separately. Auctionet unilaterally decided to combine two packages into one, violating the terms of the agreement. Ultimately, the second item wasn't even included in the package; it simply disappeared. Technical support didn't respond for several weeks, and then disclaimed responsibility and directed me to contact the police and their insurance agent, without commenting on the violation of the delivery terms.

I have known the auction house that I have repeatedly bought from since they began years ago, and I have zero issues with this auction house. Usually, I buy a number of lots and I (beforehand) had arranged with the auction house a timeframe for which to pick up the items I am successful with.
This was the second time I had bought from this auction house via Auctionet. Last Summer I bought 9 lots with no issues. The point here is that Auctionet must have me on their system from back then as being a dealer that buys a large number of lots from this auction house.
This time over a period of 2-3 weeks I have bought 11 lots. Would have been more but the fact that the finishing dates of lots being different and wrong made me miss some.
I started to get nasty E-Mails from Auctionet, regarding late payment, this while I had live bids still on the system, around 5 days after purchasing the first lot (5 lots at that time had been won). A bit miffed but trying to be agreeable I paid the part invoice for the first 5 items I had bought. A day or two later I got another E-Mail from them stating collection was late and threatening to impose a £5 per day per lot late fine for late pick-up or in this situation at this point £175 fine per week (as I have said I had an arrangent with the auction house in place already). I wrote to Auctionet and got a short response in Swedish, I think, (Auctionet is dealing in this case with a British auction house, along with other European auction houses on their books, and if professional would have responded in the language of origin of the querry/complaint). All they stated was for me to check the help section on their website?
I contacted the auction house and they assured me not to worry and to ignore the threatening E-Mails from Auctionet.
By the time I finished buying from the auction I had received four threatening E-Mails, each time the threats got worse and worse until the last one which also threatened kicking me off the site (once I get back from picking up they will not have to worry about that, it is them that does not come up to any acceptable standard). For the record I am the auction houses customer not Auctionet, Auctionet is just a vessel being used to make bids, not their place to break up a long lasting relationship I have had with this auction house.
Also, what I observed was that on the auction catalogue page the ‘end time’ states one date but when you go into the listing it gives a different date. Very amateurish, and I missed lots because of this.
In all I had to pay 3 staggered invoices for the same auction, despite each time having live bids still on the system.
The bullying and aggressive behavior of Auctionet suggests to me that there are a lot of bids being placed on lots and these ‘ghost’ buyers do not pay afterwards. This means that genuine buyers on the site are being run up on the prices that they are paying, otherwise why get so threatening with genuine customers?
In real terms I would usually spend 2-3 days on a traditional auction – I would not have missed lots because of their unprofessional system of end dates, there would have been no ‘ghost’ bids, one invoice at the end. Everywhere I go all the staff are helpful (some even offer me coffee/tea when I arrive to pick up), never, NEVER, any threatening and insulting behaviour. To buy 11 lots (plus disappointment on losing a few lots due to wrong end dates) taking around 2-3 weeks to achieve. Does not really add up, at least for me?
I do not require Auctionet to reach out to me, I am afraid that boat has already sailed, I tried writing and got a disrespectful response if you remember. I am writing this review to inform others how diabolically unprofessional and suspect Auctionet operates and then it is up to the reader to decide. I have explained things accurately. I expect that the auction house in question and myself will remain good, my complaint is not about them. Auctionet is a system that is no good for trade buyers in my experience and many of their protocols I found highly suspect and questionable.
