Absolutely pathetic customer service
Absolutely pathetic customer service. Different people giving me different answers. One told me my parcel will be delivered other said that I will need to collect it. My brain has been neutered trying to understand what the hell is happening with my parcel. You need to get better customer service representatives who care enough to atleast have a look at the message history. Right now my parcel is apparently at a collection centre and awaiting collection and I had no clue that I need to collect it? I have no details about by when it needs to be collected or the operational hours of the collection centre through that link. Don’t know how come it is not being delivered instead when that is what I paid for.

I love the vanilla flavour drops, I’m obsessed and can’t recommend them enough. It’s changed my coffee’s forever! Delivery is a bit slow but they arrived well packaged and the product is 5 stars without a doubt.

Protein powder tastes great!
Protein powder tastes great, has higher nutritional content than other products, mixes well in water and delivery was super quick (received in a couple of days).

Excellent service after a disappointing initial delivery service
I contacted Myprotein after experiencing a disappointing delivery service. Within a couple of hours, they had looked into the order, responded to my concerns and rectified the delivery on the same day. I am incredibly grateful for the exceptional service provided by the company.

Shipment didn't show up
Shipment didn't show up. Was eta 5th, then eta 12th but on the 9th changed to return to sender. Need to use a better courier in Australia.
