Dear Natasha Camarinha，thank you for sharing your feedback! We completely understand how frustrating it can be when the sizing doesn’t meet your expectations. Our swimwear styles are designed with different cuts, stretch levels, and fabrics, which can make the fit vary slightly between items.

We truly appreciate your interest in smaller sizes — our design team regularly reviews customer feedback like yours to improve future sizing options. In the meantime, we recommend checking the detailed Size Guide and Fit Tips listed on each product page before purchasing. You can also reach out to us at customercare@cupshe.com
with your bust, waist, and hip measurements, and our team will be happy to help you find the best-fitting styles.

Dear Olivia, we are sorry to see that this experience did not meet your expectations.

Regarding the shipping time, we understand that it can be frustrating when orders take longer than expected to arrive. Though we do our best to ensure that we meet the delivery timeframe, there are still isolated occurrences which orders can be delayed due to external factors beyond our control. We will definitely take the necessary measures to avoid such inconvenience in the future.

Lastly, to solve the issue as soon as possible, we sent a message to you. If you could get back to us with your order information we would highly appreciate it. Looking forward to your response.

We understand how important both fit and quality are, and we do our best to ensure that our product images and descriptions accurately reflect each item. Dear Gracie Forde， thank you for reaching out regarding your return.

We’ve checked your order details and found that a return label was initially requested through our website, but it was later canceled. In most cases, if the return label is used and the package is confirmed delivered by the carrier, our system automatically processes the refund.

However, since the return label was canceled and we have not received any further return information or package from you, the refund was not issued.

We’ve sent you an email to help clarify the situation and assist you further. Kindly check your inbox (and spam/junk folder just in case) and reply at your earliest convenience so we can resolve this as quickly as possible.
