Don't care about their Clients...just about their own profits
I have been using Audio Network in Australia for over 5 years and purchase their annual music licence for my Corporate Video business.
The idea is to on-sell their tracks at cost ($135 each) in hope that I can make more than the annual licence costs me.
Sometimes I send clients directly to the site to pick their own music and sometimes just to show them the pricing so they know we are giving them tracks at cost.
With no notice or communication Audio Network dropped their price per track to $79 (over 40%). I found out when a client rang and angrily accused us of ripping them off.
After speaking to Audio Network they won't event acknowledge that they devalued the licence they sold me. So now I will need to on-sell 40% more tracks just to break even.
Their music is great but this price drop and the way they communicated it is a deal breaker.
