I purchased a full set (4) of Diamond Pattern V-Bar Tire Chains for my ATV, costing $288. They didn't come with instructions, and none were available on the site, but they sent some when I contacted them. After putting them on according to the instructions, I took a ride. Three of the four chains eventually fell off. When I inspected them, I found that on each a flimsy link securing the chain fastening mechanism ("boomer") had snapped, and one of the boomers had been damaged as a consequence of hitting a leaf spring. I contacted the company and asked about replacing the snapped links and damaged boomer, and sent photos of the chains remounted on the tires. I asked if the boomer couldn't be replaced whether I could get a partial refund for that chain. The president of the company called and said it was "obvious" that their wasn't enough clearance between the chains and the ATV leaf springs and shocks, and that I should have seen that and returned the chains. When I tried to point out that nowhere on their instructional videos and the written instructions did they caution that the chains they sell you might not work, he interrupted me and every other time I tried to speak. When I was able to get a work in edgewise, I asked if he would replace the broken links. He said he'd let me know. He never did and never sent any. I suspected the problem was that the flimsy links let the boomers sag out from the tire to the point where the boomers hit the frame. I purchased 3 quick links, much stronger than the links on their chains, and used them to secure the boomers to the tire more securely than their links did. I've been using the ATV to plow snow ever since with no issues. Bottom line: if you purchase from this company and have a problem, you are on your own.
