We paid 139.00 for an MS309 scanner, which was a TEMU product that cost 5.97!!!! It wont wven read Polaris which is why we purchased!!!! Wont even work!!!!They will not respond to issue a refund!!!! I am sooo mad!!!!!!!!!!

Product does not work, been trying to get ahold of someone but no responses. Been trying since day of delivery. No phone support and does not reply to email.

SEEMS LIKE A SCAM COMPANY...Bought a scanner 2.16.26 and shows shipped but hasn't moved at all. MY CREDIT CARD WAS CHARGED IMMEDIATELY!!! Shipping Partner is NOBLEPICKS and according to AI Overview is "a 3rd party shipping carrier masquerading as domestic US shippers. Shipping misrepresentation: Sellers using this service frequently claim to ship from US locations to make items appear to be domestic, while they originate from overseas." The Shipping was label created 2/16/26 but not handed over to USPS until 2/25/26. The address given on their website is for Cubesmart Self Storage in Middleburg Heights, Ohio but shows shipping from Los Angeles, CA. 2 days after placing the order I tried several times, emailing, calling but no response and no answer as to why the product is stagnant and to cancel order immediately. The order was NOT canceled so I refused it when it came. I believe this is a scam company. Also, the item is very overpriced! You can find it on Ebay for 75% less! I should of looked at Ebay first.

Scam. Shipping takes forever. In the end you get shitty Chinese crap that looks and feels like a toy, for 5 times more than it can possibly cost. And of course that thing doesn't work.

Do not buy from them. I have been trying to get in touch with them via email and phone for weeks - NO Reponse!!
Bought a CR3001 scanner which doesnt work. If they would respond at least I would be somewhat happy.

ordered mirrors for a motorcycle. they took forever to get here and when they finally did one of them had a crack in the mirror. it had to have been shipped that way because there was no visible damage to the box and both mirrors where in a bubble wrap sleeve.
no response from them so far. if they respond and make it right ill edit this review

on Jan 28th after the ohio AGO contacted atvbikeco, they responded to me claiming that my email was in their junk folder and offered a refund.

This place is trash I ordered something and it's wrong they won't answer or return e mails or calls don't order nothing beware

This company is a total scam. I actually got my part but didn’t fit and received no response as to how to return and get my money back. The part that I received was definitely made poorly and was painted aluminum instead of anodized. What a total scam. Avoid at all cost.

Ordered a electronic manual with instant access, recieved and email but it just redirected me back to the order page. Was not able to access the manual. Scam site do not use

Trying to get return instructions since the day I received the order.
Sent 6 request for return instruction without any answers.
Called the phone number every single day and all you get is that the wireless subscriber
is not available.
Return policy reads 14 day allowed for return from the date you order.
They are letting the time for return to run out.

The BBB needs to shut them down. Purchased and kickstand for my R7 and of course it doesn’t fit. Won’t respond to vm or emails. Not happy.

This company sells you the wrong items and then does not respond to emails or calls. They got me for $140.

I ordered an ATV code scanner and the cable would not connect to the ATV diagnostic connector. They refused to help and when pushed by Paypal to refund insisted the scanner had to be returned to Australia.
Every bad review about then is true.

Ordered mirrors for my kawasaki klx. Threads were wrong, the adapters/mirror wouldn't thread into the clamp that goes around bar on the left side by clutch handle. I tried for 30 minutes using every piece of hardware they sent trying to make it work.

Emailed them asking to return for a refund about 3 weeks ago now amd never got a response from them.

Garbage company with horrible customer service. Would NOT recommend.

I ordered a part that was supposedly a specific fit for my motorcycle and it doesn't fit. No answer when contacting the seller by emails and by phone. Only way was to dispute the charge and only then did they respond in a nasty way saying I was to blame. This company, and all the other companies that Digisect Investments Pty Ltd owns have the same accusations and reviews against them, I just wish I would have researched it more before my purchase. Look for yourself before trusting this crook.

My order is 2 weeks overdue, and the company isn't returning calls or emails

I ordered a kickstand that was specifically labeled for my bike. I received a kickstand that was tiny and possibly for a scooter. Its been over 2 months now and I cannot get in contact with the company in any way. They list on their website that returns are initiated via phone or email, but their phone seems to be disconnected and no one responds to email.
