This is definitely a scam company
This is definitely a scam company. Do not purchase or your money will be gone. I purchased and they sent wrong couch with not all of the pieces. Wrong color and it looked like a piece of crap. 2500$ down the drain. The phone numbers don’t work. I ordered dark blue they sent beige it looked terrible. I don’t understand why there not closed down.

Perfect for Family with kids...
The Softspot couch is perfect for families. I have a toddler and the fabric is easy to clean. The couch is VERY COMFY! And it feels durable. I’ve had them for a year already .

These guys are completely incompetent
These guys are completely incompetent. I ordered a custom couch with 2 months delivery. Four months later, no couch. Finally, couch shows up the day before Christmas, 1200 lbs sitting in the snow in my driveway. No instructions. Some kind of epoxy smeared on the primary metal parts which took hours to get off. Couch is not upholstered. It's foam with covers. Not disclosed. Sought credit for $200.00 for late delivery and 8 hours of install without instructions, hundreds of parts, etc. Alibaba was useless. Also, Atunus was given the credit card for deposit, but took the entire amount without authorization. Run don't walk to the nearest exit.

This is a real site
This is a real site. I waited about 2 months for the couch. Quick responses from customer service due to delay. The couch was delivered in 2 pieces and it was easy to put together. I’m happy with the purchase, only thing is that the couch, Sogno line, it’s not as puffy as the photo. Maybe it needs more time puffing up as it was vacuum sealed. If it doesn’t puff up anymore it will be a little disappointing and the couch will be not worth the price as it doesn’t look like the photo. I did order the ottoman too due to the fact I thought I had ordered the 3 piece but I ordered the 2 piece couch. Hopefully the ottoman doesn’t take 2 months to be delivered. It said 5 days to my zip code on the site.

Though the sofa set is lovely, the delivery process was really difficult. It was an additional expense and took three months to complete. It is an excellent value if you have the time and funds.
