ATUMTEK 1.74m Selfie Stick Tripod, Extendable Aluminum Tripod with Rechargeable Bluetooth. After very little use - the battery on the selfie stick tripod would not charge. It makes the product unusable. Very disappointed during holiday season!
I contacted the company but they were unhelpful and sent me to JustAnswer who tried to charge me 45 euro for what I already know. I cannot recommend this produce. Buyer beware!

I have an Atumtek tripod selfie-stick and it is absolutely brilliant, it is used daily and has absolutely withstood the test of time.
The customer service is above and beyond - having recently lost the button (through my own fault rather than design issues) I emailed to see if there was a option to purchase a replacement button. As the model I have is no longer made, they actually just sent me a whole new tripod stick with no charge.
I've posted reviews before about the quality and usefulness of the product, but felt the need to post an updated review given the high level of service provided, and the promptness with which the company responded to my enquiry.

I bought a selfie stick 10 months ago as a present for my family, unfortunately the top part which holds the phone broke. I emailed them with a photo and a short explanation as I did not have the original paperwork, and to my surprise, I have just had confirmation that a new one has been posted. Great service.

I bought 60” tripod around 8 months ago, i think that the product is great, very portable and convenient, a few months ago the remote stopped working and i received a replacement in a couple of days and nowadays is working good. A few months later one of the legs rid off and after talking with the support a received a new one that actually I could say that have a sturdier composition.

Product is great and the costumer service is even better, i will buy more of their products

Good product, Alumuniium build makes it light,
important to follow instructions on opening and closing the device. Bluetooth remote works well.

Looked like a nice product and a good value so I decided to order. Very fast shipping and to my surprises it was delivered two days later. It turns out that it is an awesome product, high quality and very useful. Very impressed with the product and overall experience, I am tempted to get another 2 Pack. Only thing, I never got a email that it was shipped with tracking information, so I could expect it. Thanks for the great product and service!

The gas arms are fantastic and have had no issues with the craftsmanship. One issue you may need to look into is where the VESA mounts are located on the back of your monitor. My Spectre monitors have the VESA mount located at the bottom of the monitor which causes issues when trying to mount my monitor vertically (the monitor is top heavy so it will not stay in place vertically without resting on my desk). I went on Amazon and purchased an adjustable height VESA bracket which should allow me to center the weight on the gas arm and prevent the rotation issue I am currently having. It would be nice if ATUMTEK offered something like this for their mounting systems because a lot of monitors have VESA brackets offset from center.

Beautifully designed appliance and most useful at online meetings

The shipment was quick, the package was in great condition, the item is flawless, and works great! This is my first selfie stick, and I am really pleased with the make and versatility of it. The integrated yet removable bluetooth remote works beautifully.

I ordered the wrong size, and Atumtek was so gracious in helping me get the right size. I have a Dell all-in-one computer that is heavy, and the XL size is perfect. Thank you, Ingrid and Yanni.

I am very impressed with the quality of their monitor mount. It's heavy, sturdy and honestly can't believe it's only $50.

Also shipping was fast. I'll definitely consider looking at more Atumtek products. Highly recommended.

Good price, delivered quickly, easy to assemble. Now I just have to clear my desk of LOTS of clutter so that I can get this riser properly set up under my 27" iMac.

I discovered a product sold by Atumtek (I had never heard of the company prior to this) and found the product (monitor risers) on their website. I purchased the two pack in my selected color and checked out with PayPal. Easy. The product shipped and was delivered in a week or so (I don't recall). My only complaint is that there wasn't a shipping update for several days. Big deal! Very happy with the experience.

The stand assembly went okay except a couple of the screws did not go easily. I was worried they were being stripped.

Received the unit as scheduled. The quality is excellent and the flexibility in mounting is super easy. Put the tripod to work the next day for video conferencing then got a chance on a job site the same day with photo shoot. You have a slight delay with Bluetooth but no issues once a few shots are taken.

very nice product. easy to adjust the height level using thumb screws so no tools required. nice matt black finish which matches my other items perfectly. space under stand usefull storage area to free up desk space.
