As an expert in international law and a discerning consumer, I am deeply disappointed by the recent experience I had with this company, which operates under various names such as The Lovely hair, Fashion Wigh (now closed) Kenzea among others, but shares the same product images across its platforms.

Despite their promises of quality and authenticity, the product I received bore little resemblance to the description provided. Not only did it fail to meet the advertised standards of being made from real hair and in Italian, but I also did not receive an order note, a crucial document for any purchase.

As someone well-versed in consumer protection laws, I find it concerning that this company operates with such disregard for legal obligations. It is unacceptable to mislead customers with false promises and subpar products.

In light of this experience, I urge fellow consumers to exercise caution when dealing with this company and to be wary of their misleading practices. Furthermore, if resolution is not reached within five business days, I will not hesitate to pursue legal action to protect my rights under the law.

In conclusion, my experience with this company has been nothing short of disappointing, and I strongly advise against doing business with them.

I have received the wrong order and after several emails they won't respond.
When I enquired about the whereabouts of my order, they did respond....
Don't buy, poor service, colours are awful not like picture, and they are badly made!! Seriously a child could make better wigs from paper!!!

They can't it's a lie, I bought 4 wigs all lace front 1with a strap 1was suppose to be full lace I got cheap ugly wigs no lace front I would never use them again all lies, they come from China.

Ordered 4 wigs last November and they still have not arrived. Never will order from them again. Asked to cancel my order was told half of it shipped and still nothing. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE

I should have looked at this website before placing an order but I was stupid. As soon as I read these reviews I asked them to cancel my order.
The first person I emailed told me they were so sorry it was taking so long and they will prioritize my order.
I then contacted them through PayPal and again asked them to cancel.
The first response was "if you're in a hurry you should order a different wig that is not still in production"
I replied no thank you, please cancel.
Second response "if you wait a little longer we will give you a 5% ($1.50 lmao) discount"
I again replied no thank you, please cancel.
No reply for over 24 hours so I emailed again asking if they canceled.
Third response "if you cancel there is a $5 handling fee as stated on the website"
There is nothing on the site about that fee but I said yes that's fine.
I then get an email from another person telling me that if I cancel, PayPal will charge me a $12 cancelation fee (which is total BS).
I again responded with just "please cancel my order"
Finally after 5 or 6 requests they refunded me most of my charge.
I feel like they were trying to stall long enough to be able to say "oh sorry we already shipped them" but I bugged them enough that they didn't have the chance.
Oh and they blocked me on their facebook page after I posted a link to this site warning someone.

So disappointed the wigs I got look nothing like what was advertised. I will stick to buying my wigs off of Amazon as you have easy returns and I have had good luck buying from there. I was really looking forward to receiving these wigs but there just crap. At least I didn’t lose that much money.

No star option available….so embarrassed I even spent money on this crap. I would love to leave a picture but obviously that’s not an option

Can’t leave a no star review. Save your money, these wigs are no better than joke shop wigs. Absolutely terrible quality, nothing like the videos at all… total rip-off

Terrible quality the videos are not genuine.
Nothing that they promise. They also scared you when you try to get refund saying you have to paid insurance and customs fee extra that you already paid for return.
They need to be reported worse scam ever

Absolutely shocking do not buy from these people.
If you need a wig go to a store so you see first hand what your purchasing.

Worst wigs ever. Was nothing like the videos or the pictures waste of money avoid buying when then email you they try to tell you they are what you ordered like your an idiot and are no help at all

Absolutely HORRIBLE wigs!!! Waited over a month to get a synthetic wig, 2 of them! And they are worse than the ones you buy from party city for a costume!!! Wish i could upload a photo, but cant here!!! DO NOT BUY FRIM ATTSHOW OR ANY COMPANY LIKE IT!!!!! BUY FROM USA!!!

If could put a zero I would. I’m a single mum with alopecia, I thought I would finally treat myself…: I’ve never seen such cheap, tangled wigs. They are such bad bad quality. I’ve just thrown them away. I’m so disappointed.

The wigs that arrived looked nothing like the photos in the advert. Shadow roots went halfway down the wig lengths.
Completely unwearable - they look hideous.

SCAM do not waste your money,wigs are nothing like the pictures or videos just cheap nasty fancy dress wigs. Absolutely shocking mine have gone straight in the bin . Emailed the company and am now blocked all all their media

SCAM ordered 28/06/22…still haven’t received as 01/08/22 🥺wasn’t expecting fab quality for the price but expected to receive something!! Will be pursuing a chargeback claim through my card issuer…AVOID THIS ‘COMPANY’

Attshow is a big scam, do not get trapped. I ordered wig seeing the videos and pics as they displayed it, but once I recieved I came to know these are artificial wigs, not like what they displayed. I need my money back.

I ordered 1 wig and got a 2nd for free!!! I was all excited and anxious to received them. Ouff!! When they arrived they were nothing like the pics from their website!!! I tried to contact them by email a few times & they never replied!! I wanted to return them!!! Makes me mad that they were always replying when I was inquiring on them before the purchase!!! Be careful!!! Don't wast your money with Attshow!!! Very poor customer service!!! It's probably a scam!!!

My friend ordered wigs from this company. Not one arrived, so she enquired on Facebook about them. When she asked for her money back, they blocked her.

I commented on her behalf, and they've immediately blocked me too.

I find it absolutely disgusting to treat a stage 4 cancer patient this way, knowing she was relying on those wigs just to feel remotely 'normal'.

Please avoid at all costs

I ordered 5 wigs over 3 weeks ago. There's no tracking to search, no email to say whats going off with my wigs, although the option is there. I have emailed them at least 4 times. I commented on their Facebook page, however they rover my comment, inboxed me, as I replied they had already blocked me, and limited the page on me so I can't comment. I used PayPal so I hope to get this resolved.
But someone who is having aggressive chemo and looking forward to having some wigs that they have advertised. I trusted them not to rip me off. How gullible am I. I am already vulnerable. I really didn't expect to be scammed in this way.
A friend commented on my behalf after I share my experience on my facebook account and my page, she had the same response, they removed her comment and limited her usage, they invixed her but then blocked her so she couldn't reply.
Absolutely disgusting behaviour.
