Lying Staff.

Lying Staff.
Zero Accountability.
Branch Manager for Corporate Sector allows customers to be insulted and he refers customers to other branches to avoid the paper work.
basically no real complaints department in Egypt.
Form is not working and there is no Complaints option in the hotline menu.

Unhappy with frailud and scam

They forced me to give them a star and I did not want to, I noticed today July 12, 2025 that there is a violation of banking law and a lie from this company, today I found that the British pound for the United Kingdom (1) is equivalent to (3.885) in Tunisian dinars, while when I transfer the currency with my phone to my account in Tunisia and with the same British pound it is equivalent to (3.67) in Tunisian dinars of course, is there an answer or thank you, personally and my interpretation is that it is theft, what do you think?

I visited the branch to resolve an issue with a duplicate charge on my account. Despite having all necessary documentation, I was made to wait for over an hour without any clear communication. When I was finally seen, the representative I spoke with appeared dismissive and unwilling to assist. I was told the issue would be escalated, but I have received no follow-up, and the incorrect charge remains on my account.

This experience has been both frustrating and inconvenient. I rely on Attijariwafa bank for professional banking services, and this situation has caused unnecessary stress and impacted my financial planning. I also attempted to contact customer support through your helpline on 29.05.2025, but the issue was not resolved.

To be honest ..the worst bank ever ..
Totaly Unprofessional banting context .
The have a very poor .delay system .. while alot of mistakes..
I advice every costumer to take care and save your money and go to another bank

very bad bank

very bad bank. No way to reach it. you can only go to the country where you opened the account. They don't answer emails. not available by phone. You can't do anything online, if you lose your login you have to travel all the way to Morocco. unbelievable! very unprofessional. especially don't open an account!!

Garbage attitude. 0 know how, and help. My friend recommended this bank to me when i Was with CIH. I am no longer friends with this person because of this Bank.

so my experience haha

so my experience haha, i still cant believe it, service is actually worst than i thought, told them to disable dotation and they told me okey, after months they havent, told them again disable it they told me technical issue, after weeks, i called another people in the same company they told me u cant disable it, so you telling me i've been running all these months for nothing at the end someone tells me its not possible? from my experience i wont advice anyone to join this as they are alot better options.

Attijariwafa bank of scammers

Stay away from this bank!
They are scammers, they stole 537.57 USD from my account for no reason. I called them more than 20 times but no solution yet.
I hope a manager read this review and take the necessary steps to refund the stolen amount by the bank itself not by someone else.
