Normally a Great service and No issues. Recently though, 0 Stars.
They offered me this:

Since you are our loyal customer, we have doubled your current email filter limit, free of charge. You should be able to set up to 20 filters.

Than, they simply retracted the offer and stated it was for an upgraded plan.

So, what did 'Free' mean ? What did 'Loyal' mean?

Doesn't make sense, but I feel like someone was covering their A$$.

Been with them for 13 years, I looked around, but it is more headache to move my sites. I certainly wouldn't recommend after this recent experience.

Sam the tester was great , carried out his task with no issues.

Website more than a week down without any actions. They simply close your support ticket we the message: "We have some problems with the servers but we can give you no timeline for a solution"
When you run an important business, don't choose atspace as hostingprovider, only for hobby websites...

Atspace is a fraud company. They will sell you a bad deal. Very bad servers. Your website will not rank in google your business will go down.

Atspace is extremely slow web hosting. Lots of downtime. Very crowded servers with lots of accounts on same servers. Extremely unprofessional and rude customer support.
Use their free hosting plan for test etc, don't even think of buying a paid plan and save your business time and money.

Bad hosting service ,this is only a scam they will take your money for low quality hosting ,i prefer using free hosting instead.
Do not use their coupons they will take 3 days just to cancel the order and they will request to pay 2 yr in advance
