Just what you want from shopping and ordering online
I spent quite some time looking for the items I ordered: these were critical parts for a small but, for me, important refurbishing project that will add many more years to my bicycle. I know from many years' experience that it is often difficult, if not impossible, to find such items when looking from within Norway: it was no small relief to find them on the Atredo website - and that at a reasonable price. The rest of the process - from ordering to being informed of the tracking number to receiving the order in good time - went as best as one could ask for.

Not great
The items seemed on stock when I ordered them. Got a notification after the order that one item wasnt available with no details on when it would be. Took 2 weeks for the other items to arrive. And when opening the box, one of the items was fully opened and the small parts were everywhere. The other item was leaking.

I purchased a pull up bar from your…
I purchased a pull up bar from your website. It said in the description that it would fit 60-80cm doorways. I have a 70cm Doorway so it fit the length, however the screw holes from the factory were put in the wrong place so it was hanging forward too much. I contacted support about this and they told me that I can return it but the shipping would be 275NOK. This is almost the cost of the item. I think that a pre-paid shipping label for a return would be fair since it is not my fault. That is what I am asking for, Thank you. -Erik

They claim to offer price matching but in reality they hold you in waiting state
They claim to offer price matching, but when I asked them to match a price, they said it usually takes 1 day for their main office to check it. After 3 days of waiting, still no response the main office.
