I have ordered from Rock Auto two times and they keep sending the wrong transmission filter. I order a ATP B156 Transmission filter and gasket. If you look at Rock Auto catalog you will see an oblong filter and they keep sending me a square one. Someone is putting the wrong filter in the box. I can't seem to get Rock Auto to check on this problem so I need some help. I need the correct part.
I got a badly cast ATP exhaust manifold from rockauto.com. The part was made between 1/4" and 1/2" tall and wouldn't fit - and won't ever without machining. Rockauto screwed me on the return with their automated system and complete lack of customer service (literally there is no way to contact a person at all). I called ATP Automotive directly to get the defective part replaced so I wouldn't be out $150. They told me that only rockauto can help because they would have to handle the return - which they won't. So there's no chance of getting warranty on this part even if it hadn't been made so wrong that it hadn't fit on the car. Poor workmanship, bad part, no warranty, and passing the buck to a reseller that has no customer service. Order your parts from any other manufacturer, and from any other place than rockauto.com.
