The app seems great potential but very poor managed. First your engineers should be able to identify before starting the job if that request is doable via Atom platform. If not inform the user in advance without spending credits. Engineer must be programed to understand when theh do repetitive jobs and offer different results - this is mind blowing. Engineer can't forget what was done earlier jn the project and change things they way they like. Engineers learn to apologies for their mistakes but they don't repair it actually- need at least 3 or 4 more times to reform the work to get what u want - that's stealing credits- mind blowing . Engineer must be programed to perform an automated audit with out charging the user kn their own work. Work is not completed can not be published. Despite I asked audit from my side and report it done - unfortunately was a lie. So your Engineers either they don't know how to audit their work or they are teach it how to lie. We want to work and move ahead wirh next project but the team support is usually driven by carelessness and poor attitude. Some are trying hard but is clear system is not designed to give support - is designed to make money by any mean. That's cheap and mean. Every user with more than 3 projects at the time need a personalized human support. That's means care and user can expand and spend more - but yoh are losing money and reputation instead. Resolution for a problem take too long time - exactly because you are missing all I mentioned above.

great idea and company the only thing that bothers me with it is credits and plans can't seem to be able to just add more credits , it requires changing plan to have more credits and if you forgot to change plan before Next billing you will be stuck on the new plan till it changes back to free plan ! then go back to your original plan and if you connected atoms to your domain you will be using atoms ssl so make sure to remind them to renew it 🥲

Company keeps charging my card for no services and some how my card says they cannot be disputed. They are not trustworthy and a horrid company. I will report them everywhere until they stop charging me and give me my money back.

I used Atoms.dev on the free plan to redesign our website, and it seemed fine at first. But the moment you pay, it becomes a total trap.I upgraded to the $20 monthly plan, and my credits vanished after only a few basic prompts. The system immediately asked me to upgrade the plan and demanded another $50 per month to keep going. They use parallel AI agents behind the scenes, meaning a single adjustment drains your paid credits instantly. It is impossibly expensive to actually finish a website here. When I realised how unsustainable this pricing model is, I contacted customer support to explain the issue and request a refund. They flat-out refused. They are happy to take your money, lock your progress behind an immediate paywall, and offer zero consumer protection when their system burns through your balance in minutes. Avoid this platform unless you want to be forced into a $50+, $100+ monthly subscription just to edit your own site.

One star only because zero stars isn’t an option.
I raised a technical issue several weeks ago and was told that it was being urgently investigated. Despite repeated follow-ups, I received no proper resolution or meaningful response.
I also made it clear that I wanted to cancel, yet I was charged another €20 today for a service I am not using and was unable to use properly because of repeated technical problems.
So far, I have paid around €60 for a service that did not work as expected, while customer support has failed to resolve the issue or process the cancellation properly.
The lack of communication, continued billing and overall handling of this complaint have been extremely disappointing. I am now requesting a full refund and immediate confirmation that the subscription has been cancelled.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

Wow! I wish I had read these reviews before I sunk $700 and countless hours into updating my website. Like everyone else, I was duped. It started out well, but then I was forced to continuously upgrade to get the credits I needed to finish the project. Meanwhile, my website remains unfunctional and once again I am out of credits to fix it. Customer service does not respond until the next day or later. There is not a real person that you can speak to clear things up. Not only does my website not function properly, but when One navigates to it they get an error message! This has been so frustrating and disappointing. I actually think I meant to sign up for a different company but the link I was given mistakenly found atoms instead. I feel robbed and taken advantaged of

I searched for Webflow on Google and this company used a deceptive Google Ads strategy to make their link look like my intended search. I signed up by mistake due to this parasitic competition tactic. As soon as I realized the error (within hours), I contacted support to request a refund, but they refused because I had already used some (13) credits. This is completely abusive and misleading to consumers. Do not trust them.

This company is a "SCAMMER!!!!!. I cancelled my subscription, they charged me, and I've sent them all the information twice to get my money back. They don't respond by email or phone. I'm going to wait four more days to see if they show up and refund my money.

Scammer scammer scammer!!!
Beware of them I had a bad experience from them

Reply from Atoms
I've accidentally subscribed to the annual payment (I would need monthly).
Then I follow all the steps for requesting a refund. Send email, open a ticket, try to talk with the chatbot (in the same way, terrible, looks like the chatbots from 2000 and not one that really uses an IA).
It's been more than 1 month and no response from the support team about the refund.
They clearly state that you can request a refund if some rules are followed. I followed all the rules, but nothing so far.
Seems like a scam, grab your money and go away.

Absolutely brutal experience.
Spent $100 on this platform expecting a functional AI-generated app and instead got a completely broken codebase filled with duplicate directories, junk log files, corrupted version edits, and non-working core systems. The Stripe integration literally failed with “No API key provided,” meaning the app’s monetization system was dead on arrival.
The generated project looked less like production-ready software and more like an AI trapped in a recursive loop editing random files until everything collapsed. Massive multi-thousand-line “god files,” inline styling everywhere, missing .gitignore, duplicated apps inside the repo — total technical disaster.
What made it worse was support refusing a refund even after being shown detailed technical proof the output was fundamentally defective and unusable. Their response basically boiled down to: “AI isn’t perfect.”
There’s a huge difference between imperfect and completely non-functional.
If you’re a developer expecting usable infrastructure or production-grade output, be careful before spending money here.

Atoms.dev refuses to close my account after many requests. Each time you ask to close your account they send you an automated email that forces you to login to their site but contains no way to delete your account. They are frauds.

Reply from Atoms
They don’t clearly explain how the credits work so somehow you always have to buy more. Then it will mess up your code so you have to make more edits and buy more credits

Reply from Atoms
Credit where it is due. After my initial response from Atoms following the loss of all my credits, Atoms have investigated the matter and plan to return my credits so I can finish my project. Thank you, Atoms.
My initial feedback was this: I have been working on a project and lost all my remaining credits, and my subscription was downgraded to the free plan, throwing all my work in the bin. When I queried the loss of 160 credits, it took them over an hour to respond initially. Then, when I got through to a human, all they could say was that it was unfortunate, and that's how their credit system works.
So the important thing is this: Atoms as a tool is not bad; it can be a bit clunky, but broadly speaking, as a development tool, it's been a good experience working with it. But I would strongly recommend finding a fairer system. One that doesn't penalise developers who are spending their hard-earned money on an application to support their livelihoods. Atoms has worked hard to develop a payment system that doesn't support the customer. Or, at the very least, failed to consider the customer when designing their offering.
If I were just losing a bit of money, that would be one thing, but all the work I've put into an application I cannot use? That's the part that hurts the most. Well done, Atoms, you've designed something that could have been great, until someone decided that it should include punitive measures against the very people you should be taking care of: the customer.
A founder building a serious product does not work in perfectly even monthly cycles.
Some months, I prototype heavily, burn credits rapidly. Other months, I refine workflows, think strategically, and barely touch generation. So rollover matters enormously.

I tried Atoms.dev to buid a quick project and it was easy to get started. The interface is simple and helpful, especially if you don't have much coding experience. It's good for testing ideas fast.
But I faced some issues with credits being used too qickly, and a few bugs during use. It can be a bit trustrating at times.
Overall, it's a useful tool for basic work, but still needs improvement to be more reliable.

this is a totally scam website. it keeps drain your money and credit without proper fix to websites its better to not use this website.

Atoms offers some helpful tools for working with AI prompts and experiments. The platform is easy to get started with, which is a plus. Still, I think the user experience and documentation could be improved to make things smoother for new users.
