The BEST packaging/shipping
I ordered a lava lamp 9 days before Christmas and got it on time. That’s 9 days to US. The real mvp, was whoever packaged my item to be shipped. They literally took computer paper and taped hand drawn (this way up) arrows on every side of box. Whoever you are working at Atom Retro, and did this, I thank you and above and beyond most/all customer service I have received in as long as I can remember. Recommend and would 1000% order from this store again.

I placed an order for two pair of…
I placed an order for two pair of monkey boots to be sent to the USA. The order was dispatched quickly then stalled at FedEx. I reached out to inquire the status and a ticket was created, but there hasn't been any further movement or guidance for whether I should expect my order or a refund. FedEx told me the shipper filed a claim and referred me back to you. I would prefer the boots I ordered but a refund is acceptable. Please advise. I can dispute but I'd rather hear from you before I proceed.
ETA I was refunded by Atom Retro and amended my review because it would seem to be a problem with FedEx losing my order that was in fact sent in a timely fashion. It arrived at FedEx sorting and then disappeared, so they aren't to be held to account for that. I likely order from Atom Retro again in the future because I admire the clothes and shoes they offer. However, I will ship by the other courier offered instead to avoid FedEx.
