Very good software and very good customer service!

Good quality software - does what it says it will do, and has outstanding 24/7 customer service.

Ordered Atomc Mail Hunter and paid 74 euros for it. Avangate charged my card and I have never received the product from Atom Park. Write a few complaints but my issue stayed unresolved till this very day.
Softly organized scam scheme between those two companies.

I can be brief about them;
Practical products, good prices, quick to respond customer service.

That's how I like to see it.

This company is terrible when you purchase software that does not work. They provide a refund form for requesting a refund but once you fill that in they will simply keep asking you more and more questions as to what is wrong with the software to avoid refunding you.

So far they asked me in one email, what is the version number, then 2 days later they asked me to specify why I wanted a refund even though I had already explained to them the issue with the software in the very first email/form I filled in.

Then 4 days later after responding to them with all details they ask me what module I am using. Basically they use allot of stall tactics to try not to give you your money back even when the software genuinely does not work.

I believe many reviews about how good the software is are FAKE. It freezes all the time, it does not save the data and sometimes it won't export any data.

If you buy their software and it does not work they will not refund you even though they provide a refund form in the members area lol, total joke of a company. I have had to start a chargeback to get my money back into my bank.

The CEO Konstantyn Makarov says he constantly thinks of ways to make this company better, well here is an idea, how about you start refunding genuine customers when they request a refund within the 30 day refund time limit.

I have been using the finder and sender software for some time now. The new sender version is great, even better, but it has a slight problem while trying to save only emails in txt. I suggest you insert anther option: %EMAIL>

Some attendants need more training, once it is clear they do not know the system that well. Chenton was the one who gave me the best and excellent service. Excellent Professional.

I liked the product

Software is amazing and it works out as simple as the tutorial videos shown. Best customer service ever! They are always there for you to help you solve your problems so you don't have to worry at all.

The rep was very polite, helpful, knowledgeable and patient.

Your Product Should be technically convenient, supported by the tools that help every entrepreneur achieve his end goal very easily without difficult handlings & difficult stages . If the End goal is achieved then only the product is successful ...Both will succeed .

The only thing that makes me sad - I did not find it earlier and wasted my time on some other shity companies.

I was confused about the instructions on Atom Park Software. Perhaps because Im 69 years of age lol. BUT the help desk was very tolerant of my apprent ignorance in how to use the software and baby stepped me all the way.

I hope this helps any potential buyers to take the step and purchase. Its a great piece of work and will help you a lot. Cheers,

it is web based so no need to install it on your PC, and you can use it from any computer.,

This is the best I have seen at a very reasonable cost too, try it out you wont be disappointed..

I was looking for a bulk sms service for a long time and stopped on the sms service from Atompark. It attracted me with its price and simple interface (I'm bad in computers and it was the main quality that I need) and I've not miscalculated. Each message was delivered in exactly specified time (you can add some of your numbers to verify it), so I enjoyed the service and I will use it in the future tasks.

I have been a customer of atompark aka atomic mail sender for 5 years finally i gave up trying to deal with these criminals, did you know that you can only install the program a couple of times , and if you buy a new computer they wont let you install it on a new system. you need to pay another $500 to get another key

This was the last bull-crap for me, i purchased a new system and now they wont let me install a $500 piece of software i purchased. i purchased my current version only a few months ago

keep in mind you have to buy it every year also, what they do from their end is, i noticed they kept de-registering my software so then the next time i went to use it i would have to re register it and keep putting in my software key , then they tell me i have registered it to many times.

they forgot about how the program magically would unregister itself right in the middle of using it.

then of course they keep changing the version number and stopping you from downloading the version you purchased-- this is important as your key will only work for the version you purchased not any updated version you have to pay in full again for another key, they update a few times a year.

when you buy this you will only get 1-2 times worth of use out of it before they start tampering and removing your key, i normally found them removing my key in the middle of using the program then after working for 10 hours when i went to save my work i would have to buy a new key or loose all the work??? u dogs honestly

you might get a few uses before you have trouble so if you just want to use it for a few time then delete it that might be ok but otherwise you will loose your money
