The wallet itself needs a huge upgrade and is also very inconsistent with how it functions through usage. The staking is also pretty wonky and needs updating. Being a user of this wallet since 2020, I... See more

Greetings
Given the convenience and security of the Atomic Wallet, one issue that should be resolved sooner is the swap issue, which first does not perform without balance, and even if it does, it does not allow retransactions, like me repeating a swap several times. The next issue is the duration of the swap, which should be instantaneous. The possibility of deleting incomplete swaps should be provided.

This is my wallet since years ago and I can only recommend it. You can manage lots of coins and tokens from here, do exchange very easily and feel that every asset is under your control.

Big fees. Not allowing smooth movement even when paying said fees. Support says it’s not their problem.

Not a good company , The balances are virtual, Making a successful withdrawal is a complicated process and not in the same class with TREATY .
Advance solution and good pay.

AllRealGroup and Atomic Wallet work in sync to give you fake coins that you cannot take out of your wallet but only they can take out. Either way they closed down their trading site and whatever you taught you had in coins is gone , and so are they , gone to the bank to enjoy your earnings .
We all know Atomic wallet has no affiliation with AllRealGroup. AllrealGroup uses the Atomic wallet back door scam to infiltrate and deposit your cash to fake coins .which has o value . Check Block Explorer to see if your coins are real or not .

Can`t trust them, had 2 separate wallets, both compromised after due diligence on my part setting them up, numerous platitudes from them about what happened but no liability. I wouldn`t touch them with a barge pole if I were you and that`s the polite response, now Atomic support ask me to contact them regarding this issue but every time I do I go round in ever diminishing circles, so what`s the point nothing changes and they wont accept liability

Trying to draw funds via an external crypto investment. I moved 6000 dollars into atomic. My intention was to draw 4000 dollars from the wallet. This is my first transaction in crypto. Now they want me to put in 5000 dollars of MY money to atomic to confirm my credentials.
Now, I need to draw money as things are difficult. Why would I deposit 5000 dollars which I don’t have just so I can draw 4000 from an account that already is 6000 dollars in credit. Crazy.
This is definitely a SCAM.

I sent a large sum of funds into my Atomic Wallet and within 15 minutes the funds disappeared. I never initiated this transaction and I believe the funds have been taken from crypto scammers. Atomic wallet said there is nothing they can do.

Atomic Wallet is being used by scammers like BestExpert-Online to plant fake Crypto , with cero $0.00 value in it . The scammer sends money to the Atomic wallet to convince their victims that the money they profited from their fake trading platform, is safe.
In order to get it transfer to the respective bank account , the victim has to pay Gas Fees for CAD$18000 with the promise he/she will get it back together with his/her funds . Once the Scammer, in this case Best-ExpertOnline , get that money, which can be seen in the Atomic Wallet displayed like is there like a normal Crypto, then the scammer will ask for another fee called Acceleration Fee for additional CAD$12000 to speed up the process, otherwise you will have to wait for the absurd period of 72 Business days, and he promises, you will get your money and these fees back in 24 Hours . Once the victim has sent that money in desperation to collect and recover the invested money and fake profits , he / she is done… you will never get your money back.
I contacted Atomic Wallet support for an explanation and they just told me that they can’t do anything about it since they don’t have any means to scan or filter these transfers to verify if the Crypto currency they received is legit., So be careful with the type source of your Crypto transaction is coming from and before send any fee , do an investigation on this Crypto currency with and App called BitcoinExplorer and confirm the crypto is genuine and It has actual $$ value since Atomic Wallet can’t provide that assurance, or use a different Wallet that is more trustworthy than this one.

Atomic Wallet scammers and thieves steal the money of depositors in their account, then you receive an email in which they claim that they are just a front. Therefore, it is necessary to warn and also inform the US Federal Government about the theft of this huge amount of money that may be used to finance terrorist operations or money laundering activities from any major gangs. Report these thieves so that they can be arrested.
