I was scammed 2 times by the recovery…

I was scammed 2 times by the recovery assets companies and both of them kept the recovered funds in Atomic wallet. Finally when I reached out to atomic compliance info their agent made me to do a payment to transfer my recovered funds. However he transferred to a wrong wallet address and disappeared. Another agent of Atomic compliance started asking me to make further payments. However agents say that they are able to see my funds in their system but not taking steps to transfer them to me. So much illegitimate and unethical . Atomic support must take steps to transfer the account users own funds.

Hi there,

We’re sorry to hear about this situation. Please note that Atomic Wallet does not have a “compliance department” that collects payments or holds recovered funds. If someone asked for payments to release funds, this is likely external fraud.

Please contact us at support@atomicwallet.io with the details so we can assist you and provide guidance.

Don’t use Atomic wallet to store crypto currency. It was open to fraud easily as I have lost crypto currency from my wallet without my knowledge. There is no recovery process.

Small problem was reported

Small problem was reported, a stuck swap. Received feedback within a few minutes that they would look into it. 30 minutes later the solution was mentioned but it would take 4 hours. Within that time the problem was solved.

I feel that I am being scammed and it…scammed in a big way

I feel that I am being scammed and it is not a good feeling either. Kyle Law pressured me to believe he had a huge stash of recovered money. I have been paying to recover it. But after reading your BEWARE mail. I can see that I’m doomed to lose more. So I thank the Team for helpful hints and support as to what to do.

Definitely seems like a scam

Definitely seems like a scam, its asking for 80-90 nzd (roughly 51 USD )dollars to move any amounts to another wallet. This is nuts . Your discloser says no fees

Totally scam and not secure

Totally scam and not secure. All scammers use this wallet to loot your money. They ask you to transfer the money to this wallet for further business activity. Once you load the money within hours it vanishes without your acknowledgement. They give all kind of security level but nothing will work when they the money is looted by the scammers.

And if you send email to Atomic support team they just keep saying, Atomic Wallet is a decentralized wallet, our team does not have any information about our users.

They are all tied up with the scammers. Don't use this wallet.

Atomic Wallet is a scam!!!!

This is the worst wallet I have ever used. They say NO CHARGES, THIS IS COMPLETE BULL SHIT. They want you to deposit your original deposit that you had then surprise you in the end to deposit another $750 Canadian to withdraw your funds. This site is a total scam and should be shut down.

Hi Glenn,

We’re really sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating this must feel.

We want to clearly state that Atomic Wallet does not charge fees to withdraw your funds beyond standard blockchain network fees, and we never require users to “deposit more” in order to unlock or withdraw their crypto. If anyone asked you to send an additional $750 CAD to release funds, that is not how our wallet operates and may indicate you were dealing with a scam website or impersonator.

Atomic Wallet is a non-custodial wallet, which means users have full control over their funds and withdrawals are processed directly on the blockchain. There are no hidden withdrawal deposits or surprise release fees.

Please contact our official support team at support@atomicwallet.io with details (transaction IDs, screenshots, and the website or app link you used). This will help us investigate and determine whether you encountered a phishing site or third-party scam using our name.

Your security is very important to us, and we’re here to help clarify what happened.

Wallets are not secure

Had a family member set up a wallet, in a little over a week, the account was breached and all amounts drained.

All they could say was sorry but they can't help and they recommend moving funds to a new wallet

Won't help when their wallets have been breached and are insecure

Hi there,

We’re very sorry to hear about the breach and understand how upsetting this situation is. Atomic Wallet is non-custodial, meaning we do not hold or have access to users’ funds — all assets remain on the blockchain. If a wallet’s recovery phrase or private keys are compromised, the wallet can be drained, which is why we strongly advise keeping your 12-word phrase secure and private.

While we cannot recover lost funds, creating a new wallet with a fresh recovery phrase is the safest way to secure remaining or future assets. For guidance on securing wallets and best practices, please contact us at support@atomicwallet.io

I am waiting for the swap transaction I made on January 22 to be completed. 3. They say that they are waiting for the party service provider to take action, I have been lingering for days, I can't use my 2800 usd money, I completed the necessary Kyc and sent all my documents. But they don't complete the transaction, I have a very bad experience.

Hi there,
We’re really sorry for the delay and understand how frustrating it is to have your funds locked and unusable for several days. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.

Swaps are processed by third-party service providers, and in some cases they require additional time to complete checks or finalize the transaction, even after KYC is submitted. Unfortunately, Atomic Wallet cannot speed this up directly, but the case should be actively followed up.

Please contact us again at support@atomicwallet.io, include your swap ID and confirmation that KYC was completed, so the team can escalate this with the provider and keep you updated on the status.
