I just recieved my ATN X site 4k pro and after tbe initial settup and firware upgrade I took it out the the range and zeroed it in.
I was very impressed by the scope, however when using it that night I found that the illuminator wouldn't narrow beyond 100yards so I called support and they were AWSOME and got a new and upgraded illuminator sent out imediately. Thank you!

ATN's customer service has always been top notch. This time Kelly Prince in customer service got me fixed up with an RMA for warranty repair. Should be back up and going in 7 to 10 days including shipping time.

Great customer service by Kelly Prince. I reached out for a broken flip cap for my scope and she assisted with no issues on replacing and got it done within a few minutes.

I purchased their scope second-hand from the original owner. It was missing a few odds and ends. Kelly Prince helped me locate the items and offered to send them for free! She was absolutely fantastic, and I will be buying a thermal scope from them in the next few months. They really stand behind their products even though I am not the original owner.

I have been looking at thermal scopes for about 6 years. They are just so expensive I had to wait. I came across ATN and man their products are amazing for the price. When I was finally ready to pull the trigger I had the contact info for Gabriel Contreras. I decided to contact him since I like to speak to a human when I order anything worth anything. I had an issue with my X-Sight LTV screen. I gave ATN a call and Kelly Prince helped me with a return Authorization.

She was welcoming, listened to my problem, and quickly got the ball rolling. Within minutes she had an RMA sitting on my E-mail on box.

Contacted Kelly Prince at ATN about a missing item, and she was quick to get me a replacement. Very pleased with ATN customer service.

Spoke with Kelly Prince from ATN today about an ABL-1000 that stopped functioning. She suggested some diagnostic steps prior to getting me set-up for a replacement unit. She was knowledgeable and most helpful getting my issue taken care of quickly.

I talked to Kelly Prince and I can honestly say This is one of the reasons I buy ATN not to mention the quality the customer service is Exceptional took care of my issue I look forward to getting my scope back and I'll keep using ATN . I'm not paid to say this it's genuine .

After getting aggravated for 48+ hours with no response from the "contact us" email and from contacting the chat AI... I called the support number and Kelly Prince answered the phone. I am so glad that she did! She was absolutely AWESOME! She restored my complete love for ATN! ;-) All kidding aside, she took exceptional care of me, listened to what I had to say and addressed everything! Kudos Kelly! We need more customer service folks just like you!!!
