Poorly labelled kit.
Lovely product, very happy with its quality and finish. But the bolts that come with it were not labelled as only suitable for concrete - naturally we used the kit as it arrived and tried to follow the instructions as sent. When we ran into problems, customer service asked the technicians who said we needed to buy different bolts if the surface wasn’t concrete. Half a day (and a couple of cracked tiles) wasted trying to make the wrong bolts work! As a result of my initial complaint, they now have a notice on website to inform customers about this. But, customer service did not make me feel like a valued customer and my complaint seems to have descended into fairly petty points scoring despite the cost of this luxury item 😭. An unpleasant experience.
I will update if my complaint is addressed, of course.

Great service
Great service, our pergola arrived quickly and we were able to build it ourselves without a problem. Would be nice to see some instruction videos on the website to help with some elements but managed to work it out.

Atm have been first class from start to finish. The girl Sophie handled everything from the sale delivery and installation. We got it to help with my wife's illness and it is absolutely fantastic. The installation team were first class and took everything away with them. The company for me was first class and we are happy customer's.

Good quality product with easy and quick delivery. It would have been helpful to have the boxes numbered or with a label describing content for assembly. Instructions for assembly could be more detailed.

A fantastic company and products
A fantastic company and products. We bought the Neptune pergola. We worried initially about the price, but that was soon put to bed when it arrived. It’s amazing, the blinds and lights are such a wonderful feature and it’s served us very well. It’s been very sturdy withstanding 75mph winds during multiple storms in Scotland. ATM living customer service have also been fantastic in helping replace some louvres that we accidentally damaged. Would highly recommend buying from this company.

Beautiful garden chaise sofa set of excellent quality
The delivery men were on time and very helpful and friendly. My garden chaise sofa set was very well packed with clear instructions and was very easy to make up. It sits in my wooden gazebo and is of excellent quality. I am extremely pleased with it and would definitely recommend this garden furniture. I also purchased two charcoal cushions which are a perfect match to my garden sofa set. Thank you!

I bought the 2Seater garden sofa set in February but due a medical problems I had to delay delivery.
The furniture arrived on 25th March 2024
Unfortunately I have not been able to unpack the set yet to more medical problems but Sophie and the company have been so kind caring and helpful I can’t thank them enough.
I would recommend this firm to everyone!

Have had a brilliant experience using ATM living . Used this company twice
Once for garden furniture when I brought a rose hanging swing chair .
2nd a new metal motorised pergola... that was installed by their fitters too. Impeccable service throughout ... great communication, friendly support and the guys that did the fitting did an amazing job :) would highly recommend !
Products come with the highest warranty and I have no doubts if I have any issues they will sort it out .
