My rental experience with Enterprise was outstanding. During my rental, someone backed into the passenger front fender of the car while it was parked (hit and run). I called Enterprise to report the incident and the lady I spoke to was great and provided helpful information. I also liked that I could reach a live person when I called the number on the rental agreement (no long wait with an automated phone system :-)).

My experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Montego Bay, Jamaica was really, really good and I congratulate them! I am a customer with very high expectations in every situation, and Enterprise met my standards (which, admittedly, is very hard to do). I have nothing but kind comments for the entire team in Mobay. They are a standout. It really helps when customer service is good all the time, but when you land after a long flight there is very little patience left to entertain excuses and to contend with poor customer service. You want to see a face that welcomes you with an attitude that is eager to serve.

The return of the car was the best experience ever. This process gets an A+ at Enterprise, Montego Bay! It was quick, easy, seamless, and overall just a pleasant experience! Thank you, Richard! You are an organization's treasure - a real asset! Thank you to all the guys who I worked with and who were so easy to work with, especially when I called to change my return date because I had to stay another day in Jamaica! That was such an easy process as well.

The men are the best! The young lady who assisted me (she said she is new --probably a trainee) was also excellent. I pray she does not change. Her attitude was wonderful!

The service was great from the atl staff at Norman Manley international. Definitely booking with them again

I had to cancel another reservation and I started looking online for another rental when Amoy approached us and offered assistance, she was patient, attentive and gave us time to make our decision. After agreeing to go with her Rental company, she gave us a very comfortable car and showed us the coverage options.
The car although smaller than what I'm used to was quite comfortable and handles great.
Upon returning the car Brad took care of everything. When he saw that my mom was having a little trouble getting out the car he insisted on taking us to the airport entrance, which was greatly appreciated.
I definitely will recommend them and their company to any friend planning to visit Jamaica.
