Dear AtlasFunded Support Team,

I am writing to report a recurring issue I have experienced with your platform, specifically during market open. The spreads widen excessively to the point that my stop-loss is triggered even when the actual market price is nowhere near my SL level. This has prevented me from opening or maintaining trades, as the widened spread immediately hits my stop-loss every time—often far beyond where the real price is trading.

What is even more concerning is that this same spread behavior does not apply when my positions are close to take-profit. Even when price comes very near my TP, it does not trigger, yet the widened spread has no problem hitting my stop-loss from a much farther distance. This inconsistency affects trade fairness and makes it impossible to trade reliably on your platform.

Could you please explain why the spread behaves this way and why TP is not triggered even when market price reaches or comes close to it, while SL is triggered from much farther away? I would appreciate transparency on how your spread policies are handled during market open and whether this issue can be resolved to ensure a fair trading environment.

They have a good support team who always respond quickly and resolve all issues, and this makes me, as a trader, feel comfortable and confident working with Atlas Funded.

I wouldn't spend money on them unless it's for a small test run with $5 account. I've documented everything so far with the prop firm, and this was supposed to be a good launch back into trading with a prop firm again. The only prop firm that I used that was great was FTMO, and they were restricted in the US until this year after partnering with OANDA.

Storyline:

I got the $5 atlas challenge and moved to the 2nd phase. Seeing how things went smoothly and seeing the price of a live account, I decided to spend $700 on a $200k live account. The $5 atlas challenge required 2 steps and after passing you would pay $1500 so a live funded account for $700 and $200k was a no-brainer. Although I purchased the live I didn't want to focus on trading it until i got the $5 atlas challenge finished. Everything was good until i was sent an inactivity notice on my funded account two weeks later which stated within the contract that if the account isn't traded then it will be closed with no refund. Immediately, i went to support and asked for a refund, which support just asked why multiple times and finally said a refund can't be given out because it's been over 14 days! The reason I gave was that I didn't want to be rushed in the process of trading an account if I already have another, although it was a challenge, and I would pay more. I was content with it overall and continued trading with both accounts, but solely focusing on passing the $5 challenge. 1 month went by, and I made a few staggering trades but realized how the rules were stacked against a trader, which is understandable considering 90% of traders will fail in trades. The main outline was their consistency rule for minimum trading days. For a $200k account, they want a trader to make 1% profit, which is $2k for 5 consecutive days. This isn't a terrible rule, but it will have to be calculated considering they have a trailing day loss limit and max on accounts.

Continued trading until they offered a $300k funded account with added upgrades of 0 minimum trading days and biweekly payouts. Lost my mind and decided to purchase that funded account with the idea that this will be my main account to trade, only to find out none of the upgrades were true, it is basically the same restrictions as any of the accounts. They offer no minimum trading days after your 4th payout with the prop firm (5 consecutive days of each day being 1% profit of the account in 24 hours) and biweekly payout after 30 days of your accounts first trade, but after your 3rd payout. All of the upgrades were a lie and this account was $1038 which brings the total to $1738 spent with a prop firm that is selling hopes and dreams to traders. Immediately, when I saw the rules, I contacted support and asked for a refund on the account, which is where this huge 1-star rating comes into play.

DENIED REFUND

The first support person, told me outright that Atlas Funded doesn't do refunds or cancellations on their accounts and that it is in the contract. I go to click on the contract and the contract doesn't even pop up anymore. I have to contact support again so now I'm on the line with two support agents, with 1 telling me there are no refunds and the other trying to understand the situation of why i need a refund. This was 48 hours after purchasing the account. I get disconnected with Sam magically which i think they disconnected the line and now with the new agent they tell me it can be done if i send my contact details and refund method they will send it to their team for review to refund. November 9 was account purchase and November 11th is contacting support. Nothing occurred after 4 days no refund no updates from support on the matter. I file another claim with them on November 19th, which leads them again to take the same information and me waiting. Today is December 5, 2025 whoever is reading this! I just received an inactivity on the account, which is a hard breach allowing them to take my account and my money, so on December 4th, I contacted support once again about updates. This ends with a 2h support contact with the person telling me he will email with any updates. I contact him again today and he tells me this will all be resolved MONDAY!!!!! Guess what day Monday is..... my accounts hard breach day!!!!! I'm glad I documented everything with this experience cause the irony of it is wild 😂 the trading community must be vigilant! Hopefully, it gains millions of views on tiktok or social media just for educational purposes of the market.

Total west of money I pushed his two spep account but I did not receive the access of my account I report hundred of time but he not clear problem and not receive any refund.

What I like is their rules, some of it are nice.
And I like the pay after you pass but it's expensive fr 😔 and they should allow you to be able to use the profit you made in the funded stage to pay it fr.

I also just got a giveaway acct from them and it's McDaniel that has been replying me, the guys been a good lad 😊.

From others I've heard that their accounts are solid and they have good spread and payout speed but what I love about them the most is their customer service especially from McDaniels
