I ordered 4 bikinis, a bodysuit, and a dress for a bachelorette party around April of last year. The order came from China (unbeknownst to me) and took about a month, or a month and a half to arrive, and was not in time for my trip. No big deal, if I liked them, I'd still keep them. I tried them on, and I don't know who they're sizing these for, but nearly everything was WAY TOO SMALL. The dress was a medium, and fit like an XS, the suits were all way too small in the bottoms, and barely fit in the tops. The bodysuit was the only thing I kept as it was nearly reasonably sized. I sent everything else back, paid $40 for return international shipping and....... NOTHING.

These people acted like they were waiting for a manager to respond to my request for MONTHS and never processed my returns. I constantly emailed them and this supposed manager never responded. The same person "Ruben" signed the emails, but even when I forwarded all of my emails, they acted like it was a new email almost every time and made me repeat myself over and over.

My package was received by customs in China and they never accepted it, so it took about 8 months to finally be returned to me. I ordered things in April of 2022, returned in June/July as soon as I got them, and I just received the return package around February 2023 from China.

I wish I'd thought to leave this review a little sooner, but please do not give these scammers your money. Learn from my mistake.

I ordered 4 swimsuits and took advantage of their buy 3 get 1 free offer. I received 2 swimsuits a month after the order. They were no where near the size I was anticipating and requested to return and kept receiving the same response they are waiting for management direction. I asked to cancel the balance of the order and they stated credit would be issued. No credit has been issued nor balance of order has been received and it's been over 3 months. Then they went radio silent. I emailed via their website and get the auto response someone will reply within 48 hours. Been emailing the same contact Ruben and no response. They didn't state international fee would be assessed when placing order. I spent $150 and still only have 2 swimsuits, no credit and no response from my several emails to them. I even messaged them via Instagram and no response. Now their website is down.

I purchased 4 swimsuits through them. One came with the tag sewn on the OUTSIDE of the suit and they refused to take it back or refund my money now matter how many times I sent them pictures of the issue. They kept saying it wasn't an issue. A second suit had the strap completely shred and wrip the suit the 1st time I wore it and all I was doing was tightening the strap. The other two run way small and the cups in them aren't flexible, so they don't adjust to the shape of your boob. All around bad and I will not be ordering from them again.

I absolutely love their suits! I have one in three colors! Though the sizing looks tiny, I'm a 38D and the Large works just fine. Really great quality, and the designs and colors are vibrant!

I purchased the Dalma's Bikini and the Rings Bikini. They are good quality, strong fabric and the colors match the photos, but it will be difficult to get a perfect fit because you can't mix and match sizes. I contacted customer support because the Dalma's bikini didn't fit well (bottoms too big for me and the thin straps dig into my skin) and the reply was very nice and professional. I was told that returns from my location (Portugal) were too expensive and was offered a replacement bikini for an attractive price instead.

I will definitely be buying from Atlas Bikini again! Super cute suits made out of quality material and phenomenal customer service. I had received a suit that was too small and needed to exchange. Customer service returned my response in a timely manner and assisted with getting me a new size at minimal costs to me. They made it easy and effortless for me to exchange. I’ve worked in customer service for over 15 years so nothing makes me happier when I purchase from a company that genuinely cares about their customers!

I'm very happy with my purchase and it arrived quickly. Will definitely buy here again.

Unable to connect with anyone regarding a return of the swimsuit. Stitching completely off. Contacted the business through their website, email, Instagram... no response. So sketchy. Is this a scam?!

My item arrived in perfect condition and looks exactly as on the picture. I ordered Iman's Shiny Beach Dress. The material is nice, shiny, finished very well, looks very nice on the skin, as described by the seller and I couldnt be happier with my purchase.

Luckily I did not read earlier any feedbacks or else I did not dare to order from here. But since I have seen the bathsuit models in a video where the lady was wearing and showing it, it was more convincing for me than just watching pictures about the products. The delivery was quick, the product is just as seen in the video, good quality material. I’m satisfied.

Very fast customer service, Shipping was fantastic only took about a week and a half. They have the most amazing bikini selection that are true to size and exactly as advertised. I’m very pleased with my purchase and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a cute bathing suit or bikini you won’t be disappointed if you shop from them. Bad experience. Scam website. The Facebook & Instagram account shows nice bikini photos. Bought 5 sets of bikini and it was only received after 1 month (from China) with missing 1 pc bottom bikini. It’s super disappointment as it’s all made from cheap material and made in China with bad sewing. What a ripped off! Don’t ever shop at this website
