SCAMMERS ARE USING THIS SHIPPING COMPANY

Never contact this company, they have more problems in everything, starting from the loss of spare parts ending with additional payments for nothing. They have zero arguments. Never deal with them. The employees are incompetent, rude, do not want to help at all. The payment from the original has doubled.

Very bad slow and unreliable. They won’t pickup your cars from auction for several days. Shipping to Europe is extremely slow. I shipped about 40 cars with them this year but I am changing the company to more reliable now.

Most useless. Keeps your packages on hold for weeks. Then will lie that the clearance is expected within the week. This goes on for weeks. You will never receive your package that you paid for. This company is used by Mirraw which is another useless Indian company. If you are looking to purchase items from abroad, dont use these companies. You will pay your money as a charity cause you will not receive your purchases.

$1,200 initial fee got tripled with $120 insurance and whatever their local “agent” decides charges for unloading fees and terminal charges - in my case extra $700 plus $2,700 tax deposit which was never returned. Cash only so they can avoid banks and IRS. Contact me to file a class action against that scam

Nightmare experience, horrible service, waiting 3 1/2 months to ship my car from LA to Poland and at the end they lie and cheat for final fees and everything...

Never ever think of using their "service" again - fish you with good price at the beginning and then they blackmail you with a double price to release your car...

Very poor service… was promised by Avishka ( Delhi) 6 working days delivery to US… it took 23 days… took a lot of money!!! Will never avail or recommend to anyone!

unbelievably bad company , 0 transparent , have paid 1500€ so far for the delivery of a car part worth 200€ , still haven't received it after 3 months and they want 500€ from me again ?!?!? Incredibly dishonest!! avoid this company

I bought Mustang on the copart and this company they steal my compressor and I lost 4000 USD . If you don't want lost parts on the car don't using this company.

On the copart pictures on the hood is available, please put vin on google. I got all photo from Copart, your people think the photo on the hood is unavailble that why they stolen compressor ?

Shipped more that 70 cars to EU from the auctions.
Never had any problems with US office. Small misunderstandings - yes sometimes, but that`s nothing compared with the help they providing if there`s any issue. Fast and professional customer service!

Terrible service and poor experience. The car I shipped with them arrived super late and damaged due to their wrong vehicle packing skills in the container. Contacted Aras in Chicago with statements and pictures and he offered $200 for at least $1000 damage. Time to call a lawyer soon of not resolved.
Avoid this company and ship your items with someone else!

This is a scam artist corporation but don't worry cause got alittle present for them so better run

First time customers. Me and my wife sent 2 boxes (by Ship) of 50 pounds from Las Vegas to Bulgaria, Oct 11th 2021 - Christmas gifts for family and friends in Europe. The Atlantic Express agent in Las Vegas tells us it usually takes 4 weeks but it could take up to 8 weeks for arrival. GUESS what? March the 9th it arrived. 2 stars because it arrived! but is it reliable NOOO.

Joined with Takwai Firearms and Ammo to steal 1000$ from me. False insurance, hiked shipping to cover “illegal shipping of firearms”, then claimed the pkg was intercepted at the airport and wanted 600$ Plus 125$/day more to clear it. Airport says no. They never had the item to begin with. Somebody needs to end these people, AEG and Take Away.

Very bad experience!!!!
After I paid customs, some items were stollen in transit. I called to let them know and their answer was: What are you calling us now, after a month?
My uncle was not home for a month and he just checked the packages and realized a bunch of clothes were missing.
Just wanna say is not the first time they steal stuff from boxes.
I wont ship with them again!!

Liars. The change the value and the content description!

Thieves! Avoid at all costs. The packages go missing or get delayed for 5 mos. They promise refund but don't provide it.
Don't deal with Gintaras because he's the biggest fraud of all there.
