Thieving and scamming organization!
This company is a scam. They ask for a one time $1.99 fee and then charge your account $28USD per month! They have not cancelled the charge per my request as they have stated and are refusing to send me any type of confirmation that they have cancelled it. Trying to get your money back is impossible. Do not fall for this company!

This company is charging me 28 dollars a month and I'm not able to access anything too cancel this subscription. I was only supposed to pay a onetime fee of 1.99 for the results. This a scam and they won't let me cancel it. Let's get this company off of the internet!!!

This company is a scam
This company is a scam to steal people's money. After subscribing I wasn't able to access any of the puzzles or any content which they claim to offer those who sign up and pay for a subscription. At first I was confused and thought maybe something wasn't working properly either on their end or mine until I started to see all the horrible reviews about them. Usually I do a little research at least before paying anything to any business, but I made the mistake of not doing that this time with Brainable and I just hope other people will see all the horrible reviews before they pay them any money and avoid the headache.

The first sign and I should've been more aware is that there isn't a cancel link any site that makes it impossible to cancel must be aware of. Hopefully they will cancel my subscription and refund my $1.99 with the 3 msgs I sent.

Lacks Integrity
This company is shockingly bad and one of the most unethical businesses in the U.S. It is extremely deceptive and the representatives like the company has no integrity. I have yet to receive a brain puzzle of any sort. I am fighting right now to get 5 transactions reversed.
