Accidentally ordered the wrong size
Accidentally ordered the wrong size. Immediately noticed and emailed right away after the order if it could be changed. They said cancellation or changing isn’t possible. So now they are going to send me the package anyway. I have to return it with shipping costs I have to pay for, and order a new one with also more shipping costs. There’s no phone number I can call. Definitely my fault for ordering the wrong size but I hoped for a solution.

I am sorry to hear that the order went wrong.
We are working with a warehouse, who almost immediately takes the order in their system for picking the items. Because they are so fast it is almost impossible to cancel the order or change the order. If we do this, we still cannot guarantee that we can change the order.
Therefore it is stated in our FAQ that we cannot change or cancel the order.

Fantastic leggings & Great service
Leggings: great fit, squat proof, stays in place no need to pull and tug on them and no rolling in the waist, just a all round excellent legging. Have done a runs, Hyrox and weight training sessions in my leggings and they tic the box for all these.
Price: really well priced for such a quality product.
Service: fast delivery and excellent service
Highly recommend their leggings!
