I ordered the plunge pool, put it away and didn’t use it. Eventually got it out to use and found that there was a small leak in the seam. Contacted Athlefix with video of the leak and got a response within the hour to say that they would send me out a new one. 2 days later received the new pool.

Excellent customer service and product. Will be recommending this company to friends. Thank you.

I had some problems with the delivery which wasn't athlefixs fault at all but their customer service was quick with their response and rectified the situation straight away. Couldn't fault them.

I love my ice tub. It's excellent quality and I was lucky to get it on a half price deal with a free lid. Having a thermometer supplied with it is so useful too. It was super easy to assemble and only took 15 mins to fill from the garden hose. My hand pump unfortunately broke while inflating the lid, but I contacted the company and an email and replacement was sent out the same day. Can't fault the customer service and would highly recommend buying your ice tub from Athlefix.

So disappointed and frustrated with Athlefix! I ordered a 3 in 1 ice pod 14 June. I partially filled it when I noticed a leak … I emailed them 22 June. They requested further evidence! To and fro e mails (basically trying to get past 30 days!). Now they expect me to pay the postage! As 1. I received faulty goods not fit for purpose. and 2. They offered a replacement at sale price if £69.99 (I paid £ 59.99). I would say Athlefix is “unreasonable”. Therefore “Buyer Beware”

Just like to say what an amazing company to deal with, i recieved an ice bath yesterday and it had a leak, i emailed them and without question they have just sent me a replacement and it’s arrived today 👍

Started off with a bit of confusion in the ice bath being lost, then it turned up and looks amazing!! Upon contacting Joe he sent a replacement out straight away then the first one turned up so told me I could have the additional one as a gift!!

I am extremely impressed with my Athlefix Portable Ice Bath.

Not only is the tub a great size, but it is also extremely solid and clearly made to last.

I did have one concern with my order, and I have to say I was very impressed with how quickly and efficiently the company resolved my issue.

I have already recommended this product to my friends. Great value for money and happy that I finally made the plunge.

P.S. Thankfully, the cold dipping mornings do get slightly easier!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.!!!!! Bought an ice bath as a present for my partner. Leaking in multiple places and pump broke on first use. Contacted Joe and asked for a refund and they sent me a replacement instead for reasons unknown . On their website they say they will cover cost of return however they are looking for me to pay to return product and unwanted replacement product. Not responding to emails. Shocking customer service and shocking quality product.

The tub is perfect to use in the garden etc. I messaged the company as I had a slight fault with it . Customer service was outstanding !! Joe has been amazing and issue resolved immediately. WOW!! I have purchased 2 tubs and abs delighted . 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I recently purchased an ice bath from this company. When the bath was set up to use for the first time, it was leaking, I was so disappointed as this was a birthday present. I sent an email to customer service and had a response first thing the next working day. I sent photos and explained the issue and Joe in CS kindly organised a replacement order for me immediately, which is already on the way to me. I was delighted and at the same time shocked as it is rare to receive customer service like this these days. Would definitely order from Athlefix again.

Complete scam company. Took money and never received the goods. Messaged multiple times and a nightmare to get any clear answers. Parcel got lost and then they couldnt send another one out until it came back into stock. Product never arrived. Asked for a refund multiple times and poor responses without willingly giving a refund back. Ended up having to raise a dispute with my bank to get my refund. More hassle than it is worth and will not be recommending.

Received my portable plunge pool the other day. Quality materials and nice size. After doing my 1st plunge felt great, but shortly after noticed a small leak. After sending an email had a new one being shipped within 24hrs. GREAT customer support

Ordered an ice bath, clear communication on when it would be dispatched and all was accurate. Really happy with the product. Used customer service to ask a question on cleaning and got a very prompt response. Cannot fault the product or service.

I bought a massage gun from Athlefix for my dad’s birthday. I got in touch with customer service as he couldn’t change the heads on the gun as they seemed to be stuck. I received very friendly and helpful customer service from Joe R and advice on what to do. Still having trouble we were asked to send a video which we did. Joe got back to us the day after saying there seemed to be a manufacturing fault on the gun so had sent out a replacement for us. Overall the customer service was excellent and my dad loves the product also!

Ice bath turns up speedily but found to have a slow air leak, Joe R via email then suggests "we have provided sticky patches with your parcel, which can be used to address any leakages.' which with an item that is faulty from initial delivery is unacceptable as unfit for purpose.
Then offers a replacement in a few weeks due to out of stock and then when questions asked regarding this cancels the order and asks us to ship it back with no details about shipping costs and if they'd be refunded.
They change the goal posts consistently regarding their customer service without consultation and seem to have no clear policy and management of order issues.

I'd definitely think twice before ordering from Joe R and the team.

Disgraceful experience.
Ordered 3 weeks ago, no sign of the order being diapatched. Emailed and received a generic 48-72 hour response timeline ... nearly 6 days later i have still not heard from them. Requested a refund and again no response. Only thing to do here is to report them to the relevant authorities for fraudulent operations and misleading customers with respect to products, orders and the customers legal right to a refund.

Bought massage gun a year ago but only just recently started to use it. After 2 uses it has completely stopped working. I checked website and it says this product comes with 3 years warranty. I emailed them asking to return it and they said no because it’s been over a year and out of warranty. I sent them pictures of their own website stating that this product has a 3 year warranty and I’ve heard nothing back. DO NOT BUY from them. I am taking this further

Update: finally after many emails and threats of reporting them i actually got a full refund today, still giving 1 star though as absolutely ridiculous customers service and they take weeks to respond to you.

If could give no stars I would. Received email stating it was sent but tracking number never worked, emailed them today to be told it was delivered, it has not been delivered nor does dpd know anything about the shipment. 99e gone no answers from them.
