I wanted to be able to read the eulogy at my mum’s funeral but was worried that I would crumble with the emotion of the day.
Marie helped me to prepare utilising her breath work skills. She knew exactly what would best help me and I was able to use what she taught me to stay calm and collected to deliver the eulogy. Thank you Marie, it meant so much being able to do that.

I dialled in online with an open mind but very little knowledge of what Havening is.
Marie has an extremely grounding, calm way about her which made it easy to fully engage in this, even online (I usually avoid online interactions if I am honest).

I was pleasantly surprised to find myself feeling like it was 1:1 in person. It's a great tool & incredibly calming (I was working with overwhelm as the thing I wanted to address).

I would recommend Marie without hesitation.

I've just completed a 'Limitless You' experience. It was everything I hoped it would be; I enjoyed Marie's company as well as the techniques she used to help. I feel like I have been given a good set of tools to and have the right mindset to progress my aims and reach my goals, as well as having cleared out old thinking that was holding me back. I had an amazing online havening session with Marie this morning. Marie is an absolute professional and explained the process super clearly, and metaphorically held my hand throughout. Marie has a knack for making you feel at ease and comfortable from the onset. I was provided with content to watch before the session and Marie outlined the technique again at the start of the session - giving me the opportunity to ask any questions before we got started. I had a wonderful havening session, Marie took me through the process in a relaxed and reassuring manner. By the end of our time together, I felt much more confident to face the challenging conversation at work and my anxiety had reduced significantly.

Although my meeting didn't go to plan, Marie was on hand to support me. Marie kindly offered me a coaching session that evening to help me resolve the issue and find a way forward. I recently had a Havening session with Marie for a phobia and was blown away! I didn’t really know what to expect but Marie put me at ease immediately and talked me through everything addressing any questions / concerns. The session itself was extremely relaxing and I felt very sleepy afterwards which I was not expecting. I can no longer connect with the traumatic memory that triggered my actual phobia and I feel much more positive about the situation now. Since having my breakthrough session with Marie 5 months ago I can honestly say my life has changed so much for the better. The breakthrough session has helped me to achieve my main goal of giving up smoking – and I have achieved so much more. I have found myself being much more focused on all my health goals. My motivation is still running at an all time high, and I am finding it easy to make changes every day.
Before the breakthrough session I had practically given up any hope of being able to give up smoking after several failed attempts throughout my life, due to the need for willpower which I just couldn’t maintain. Over the past 5 months I have not needed to use willpower at all – my mind is made up and I am confident in knowing that I will not smoke again.
I now think differently – when my mind is set I will just get on with doing what I need to do rather than procrastinating and avoiding. My life has improved so much. I no longer prioritise everyone else over myself and this has enabled me to have a much better balance in life.
For me it was important to get control back of my life and my body. I can honestly say that the breakthrough has helped me so much. I am the happiest I have been in years.
