I have to be fair, therefore I would like to give 4 stars. My experience was surprisingly very good with Atelier Gusto. I ordered a Boudoir sessel in Atelier Gusto because the price was really good and it has free shipping. At the time the order was made by me, I had not yet read all the bad reviews about this shop. I was really scared after that and I E-mail them everyday after 4 days of Order Confirmation (Bestellbestätigung), to ask when will my sessel be shipped. Thankfully, they answered me in 24 hours, and after three days (if I remember correctly) the sessel was shipped. The sessel was really nice and it makes my living room fantastic, and honestly despite my skepticsm in the beginning, the whole experience was good. I would like to give 5 stars, but considering other people do not have the same experience as me, I give it 4 stars at the end. I hope this shop can settle as soon as possible the problems with other customers. They have nice selection and price of furnitures, if they can solve this problem and be serious about the business, I think they should have a great chance to be in the business. But first, hopefully, they solve the problem first...

Very convincing website and good prices are advertised. Order placed and money paid. Chased for delivery update and told that there had been trouble at the factory, then he was apparently ill, excuse after excuse. I eventually called the factory and they told me that no such order had ever been placed or paid for my AG. I asked for a refund and receive occasional delaying messages
Senih Ozkiper is clearly a fraud.

Do not order from this outfit, they should be struck off.
