A really great storage case for my watches (5*) but the service was very poor. I waited several weeks with no notifications at all and only when I gave a deadline after which I would cancel the order was any action forthcoming and my purchase delivered!
A shame, but the service was 1* !

Broken Alibaba resold junk. Original item was different than description, replacement arrived broken. 20 emails back and forth over three months, service is horrible.

Unfortunately the watch box did come from China so it took a long time for it to arrive. The watch box has a very unpleasant smell to it. I have not used it as I don’t want to put anything in it due to the smell. For the price I paid I expected something better. Even after leaving it outside open for a while the smell is still there.

Everything went well. I struggled finding the tracking of my package in the beginning and asked for help. The company responded, with a human, not a bot or AI. He was polite and very helpful and finally, everything was good. I got my order and I am happy with it. Precisely what I was looking for. Good product, good service! Keep up the good work!

I have been in the jewellery trade for many many years and have come across some very expensive watch winders in my time but I do have to say the one that I bought is fantastic and the quality is so so good. pound four pound this is the best watch winder I have seen. if I had a jewellery shop I would want to stock a range of these watch winders. from ordering to it being delivered was first rate.
