I ordered a new headlight for my Volvo from this company, they took my money without any questions and then decided to hold onto my headlight for twelve days!
Twelve days they had taken hold of MY money and held onto my headlight until I had answered a question they sent me AFTER TAKING MY MONEY!
Now the repair is behind schedule and I may have to take up a legal case against these idiots due to them not providing the part I had paid for on time!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
Edit: When I order a part you send it to me, you do not withhold that car part over some useless question.
Being a mechanic I checked the part numbers and confirmed the type before ordering.
Don't play around.
SEND WHAT PEOPLE PAY FOR!

Immediately after your order date, we sent you an email, where we asked you more informations about your purchase, because, headlights are different for RHD and LHD cars.
Evidently, you have not understood our email, and it was sent to avoid any problem for you about any return request after.
headlights for cars are different regarding LHD and RHD cars, like in UK, Ireland, etcetera.
If you don't know this difference, so, it's not correct that you have not accepted our email of informations request about the possibility of incorrect compatibility for this headlight.
Now, we ask you to cancel this review you have wrote to us.
we will be happy to cancel your order and make you a refund, because probably the headlight is not compatible for your car, and so, we avoided you a probable return cost from UK to Italy.

EDIT: people are not all mechanic. And we assure you that a lot of people make errors in the configuration of headlight, side mirror, etc. So, it's normal, for us, help our customer informing them about some differences or configurations about the part. In this case, you are mechanic and so, sure you well know that an headlight for an European car is DIFFERENT respect a one for a RHD car like in UK. The light beam changes, because driver and passenger side are opposite.
So, again, we ask you to modify your review because it's correct, we think, that our customers feel good when they receive our email of informations request about their purchase of spare part, they feel comfortable in this, and we will continue with our policy. After, if you had replied us in time, in the same day of your order day, you would have replied us with the immediate reply if to confirm the purchase or not.

Terrible communication
Terrible communication. They make excuses that HMRC are causing an issue. I've waited weeks and weeks. They do not communicate or say anything to their customers at all. It mean I have a vehicle that I cannot use. Will never use this company again.

I was contacted twice to ensure the part fits my car and once they’ve concluded it won’t, they immediately asked me to cancel my order. When it's good then ok nonissues.
However, when it comes to a problem it's sloping shoulders and denial. Even with concrete proof!
Possibly not worth spending the money in case your product is wrong or broken as you will probably get no help.

The review is due to the company's disregard for an incorrect item.
The review was that the item I ordered was black. They said the webpage said grey. It didn't, I sent pictures of the exact order which clearly said the part was black and they still maintained they are correct and I ordered grey despite concrete proof.
I would not have ordered it if it said grey. I had no option but to use it as I had waited a while and the van was to be sold.
This goes against the selling law.
And now branded a liar!!

Further, edit to reply. Again. Thank you for proving my negative review. As a consumer, it is not clear enough on the website if what you are saying is correct. From what I can see from the order there is no description ref primer. It states a BLACK colour wing mirror.
The review is about the overall lack of customer service and the ability to admit wrongdoing. I have not complained or reviewed about them not accepting the return, you have brought this up. You have still not accepted the reason for the 1 * review which is valid. The product is not as advertised. This is why you have a 1-star review, along with poor customer service which you have highlighted for anyone reading this.
Due to this and the evidence that I have I have now decided to take this further with international consumer rights.

In the side mirror aftermarket world there are not GREY PAINTED covers. The "Grey" cover you received is only the primer color (it can be grey, white, black -> it depends on manufacturer availability). The important matter is that the cover in in primer made, so, it's adapt and ready to be painted in the body color of the car. Hoping is clear now. And, we have checked so many times the page description and it says "paintable cover" (no black matt finish cover available for the ELECTRIC model), so, we made no error, madam. Maybe something goes wrong in your cache system when you checked the mechanical model. Sometimes it can be happen. In this case a cache clear operation can be helpful. Regards

In a listing page you have to read the item description. As i told you, a primer can be black, grey, white. So, the picture is correct. Because it can be on a variety of primer color used. So, the important is the description of the item, where we CLEAR stated that the cover is in primer made.
I remember you that the first time you made an error in buying the mechanical model, even if we have requested you clarifications before dispatching the order. Is it correct? So, after you made a second order for the electric adjustable model, but, i repeat, is available ONLY with the paintable cover. That's it.

If you see your original electric side mirror, probably you will notice that the cover is in PAINTED black. Not the black MATT finish, that is typical of MANUAL adjustable models only. But, the matter is: you can't return an item that is now NOT COMPLETE. You have used a component of our product, right? Obvious, this is not mentioned by you in your reviews till now. So, you can verify that we make a good work in customer service and returns of the items, worldwide. But, in this case you are trying to refuse the fact that you have ,ade 2 orders in our website because the first time you made an error and now, you only want to get back money returning a not complete item. We can refund you at all, no problem about this, but, you are trying to make the error in our side and so, this is not honest. Ipurchased two rear lights from this company over a year ago and when delivery one was broken,so got in touch with them and they was not helpful at all and said it must have been done in transit .they was not interested trying to help me in sorting the issue and was over £300 for the rear clusters,so I lost out and never replaced and most of all will never use this company again.

We saw that the Uk delivery partner was in waiting status for your proof of broken package received, and they never updated the status with your reply. Had a genuinely pleasant experience.
I wanted to write a review because my personal experience with the company has been great from start to finish and the recent reviews don't seem to reflect that.
I purchased a wing mirror cover with the standard shipping, knowing it'll take a while either way. Especially with me being in the UK.
I got alerts at every step of the delivery process and when it arrived this morning it was well packaged and within the delivery window (8 working days).
I had a query about the product which they responded to quickly and solved.
I would use the company again and hopefully not too put off by the negative reviews.

Extremely poor service. I have emailed several times about my delivery taking 10 days longer than I was told it would. I cannot use my car without this part. I paid extra for earlier delivery as well. All emails to them have resulted in them blaming me for ordering during Christmas. Nothing else I have ordered during this time has had such a delay. Extremely poor customer service.
