About Atavist Supplements
Written by the company
The word ‘Atavism’ refers to reverting to something primal or ancestral.
Modern does not always equal good. Especially when it comes to nutrition.
We believe that in many ways our ancestors were healthier in mind, body and spirit than we are now.
The Atavist Supplements brand aims to embody an ethos that takes the best virtues from our past and moulds them to the present day.
Our mission is simple:
To provide high-quality supplements aimed at elevating men's performance, developed with an honest, science-based approach.
We only develop products which we truly believe in and use ourselves.
We aspire to be the go-to supplements brand for men.
This means cutting corners isn’t in our DNA:
- High-quality, bioavailable ingredient forms only.
- All products manufactured in UK based, GMP certified facilities.
- High-strength doses.
- Free UK delivery.
- Fast & friendly customer service.
Our environment is no longer conducive to optimal health:
Did you know that the magnesium content of UK vegetables declined by 24% between 1940-2000?
Or that our testosterone levels have decreased by 20% across generations between 1980-2010? The situation is not improving.
Or that 74% of people in the UK have vitamin D levels below what is required for optimal for wellbeing?
Why is this happening?
Despite the advancements of the modern world, sedentary living, micro-plastics & over-farming has affected our environment to the point that is no longer optimal for physical & hormonal health.
Trusted by your ancestors, backed by science:
Our flagship product, Atlas Total Support™ combines two powerful Ayurvedic herbs, trusted for millennia, alongside the most vital vitamins & minerals that are often missed out of our diet.
Do more, go further & push harder in your daily life with Atavist Supplements in your corner.

Waste of money and effort
Been taking this for about 4 weeks now, coming towards the end of the bottle and i can safely say this was a compete and utter waste of money as it has literally done nothing for me. Wont be purchasing again.

An amazing supplement
An amazing supplement, actually the only one of a kind in the market. Saves me buying so many different supplements, as it has everything I look for especially shilajit and ashwaganda. Have been two months so far and have started to love it more and more.
Apart from the supplement itself the company is very professional and available to communicate whenever you’d like any kind of answer from them.
Highly recommended!

Hi Timothy,
Our apologies for the confusion - the initial review request was a service review that focuses on the delivery, ease of purchase and customer service as opposed to a product specific review. It is this review score that is primarily shown and so if you feel that our free delivery and communication has been good, we'd very much appreciate you changing the above review score.
There is then a product review that is sent out ~ 1 month after purchase which focuses in on the product.
This set-up is standard for most e-commerce based companies but I do appreciate it can be a bit inundating when you see a review request so soon after purchase.
All the best,
Joe

Great product
Definitely notice an improvement to overall mentality and energy levels when using in conjunction with a healthy lifestyle (eg regular sleep, good diet consistent exercise and abstaining from porn) cannot recommend enough and extremely well priced considering if you had to buy all the separate supplements in the pill it would cost at least double

Top notch product, ingredients, and customer experience!
Always an excellent customer experience from Atavist - great communication throughout the order process along with an incredibly strong brand message and ethos that makes them a brand that is easy to trust.
Not to mention the product (ATS) itself - I'd been using several of the ingredients already as separate supplements so to find them together within ATS, at optimal dosages and of a very high standard was a god-send! Also ended up cheaper in the long run too than ordering separately.

Easy purchase, quick delivery, nice packaging.
Only a week into the bottle, although sleep pattern is better & do ‘appear’ to have more energy despite me winding my coffee intake back!

As mentioned over email, this delivery issue was due to your house number being left off the delivery address.
We have since sent out a replacement order to you with the updated address that you gave us.
