I recently had my boiler serviced by Atapos Heating Ltd and I’m very impressed with the work. He arrived on time, was very professional, and explained everything clearly. The service was carried out thoroughly and he made sure everything was safe and working perfectly before leaving.
He was polite, knowledgeable, and left the area clean and tidy. The price was also very reasonable for the quality of service provided. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and honest gas engineer.

Pawel fitted a new bathroom for us about a year ago. Being a Porcelanosa bathroom, I wanted the work done to a high standard, and Atapos certainly did that for us. His craftmanship is second to none, and he finished all the work to high spec. I have used Atapos services previously, to fit a water softner, and agai n have had no issues.

Atapos responded promptly to our enquiry and provided an accurate quote. The boiler repositioning was challenging given the limited space. Finding a solution demonstrated Atapos expertise and craftmanship.

Nearly just got run off the road by one of your drivers on the M4. He was driving up the back of our car, we then went into the middle lane, van overtook, went infront of us, started slamming on his breaks seeming like he was trying to get us to go into the back of him. He was going 50 in a 70 with no one infront of him. Then proceeded to dart away and began doing the same thing to other cars. This was disgusting behaviour and nearly caused an accident with us and 2 other cars. We have photos of the car in question with the license plate HW70 ORH.

Pawel recently repaired a leaky pipe and also replaced a radiator in our offices. He's also installed the gas boiler in my home and does the annual service. He's always prompt, courteous and reliable. Highly recommended.

Atapos are a first class firm, supplying and fitting a new boiler at short notice at a competetive price and were always on time. Both Aggie and Pawel offer a prompt and efficient service. Messages and emails are responded to quickly and acted on effectively. Appointments for inspecting and rectifying the problem were kept to and completed.

An excellent service. Having smelt gas from a boiler I called Atapos and within 30 mins Pawel called out. He gave everything a thorough check, fixed the issue ( a faulty valve) and ensured the area was back working. He also ensured I knew how to open the meter and switch off from the mains if I had any issues in the future. I can highly recommend.

He was professional and efficient, and very tidy in the work carried out. He was always prepared to answer our questions, and explained everything fully.
