This is the second time I've followed the instructions, trying to get this damn transfer code. But, all this is to no avail. Your system does not send a code! The box is empty! Not even spam! Only, sometimes advertising comes from you and polite sly apologies and empty false promises.
For a whole month I have been experiencing terrible mental pain because of the resentment against your attitude towards me and because of the lawlessness both on your part and on the part of the state mafias.
I have already asked you many times: "Why is it so difficult to send personally (with your sweaty hands) this transfer code? Dozens of other registrars do it. This is just two dozen letters and numbers and signs."
There is only one answer: Greed-Greed-Greed! And more ... impunity.
Tomorrow I'm starting an aggressive Facebook attack on your rude attitude towards the client! My patience of your bullying is over.

They have sold me a domain knowing that I am not eligible to use it. I'm still waiting for a refund. They seems to ignore my messages. Ticket system is inefficient.
