I ordered a wing mirror cover and, although took a little longer than I anticipated, it was the perfect colour match and fitted perfectly. I did contact the company and mentioned the length of time taken and they took the necessary steps to remedy the delay. A very polite and professional response. Well worth the wait.

Ordered a wing mirror cover painted to colour code and it arrived well within the specified timescale. It was a perfect match and reasonably priced. This is the second time I've used this company and I would highly recommend them, great value great service

I bought a wing mirror for my car; it came in about 3 to 4 days. It was in mint condition, the price was amazing, the service was fantastic, and the company itself is really good. I would definitely recommend and use them again.

The wing mirror cover was was well packaged, fits well, exact colour match and best price I could find online with standard delivery. If you need the item quicker there is an option to pay for faster delivery.

I had a slight problem but this was resolved by emailing customer service.

I bought a wing mirror casing for my ford focus st2.3 and I wasn't shore about the delivery so I contacted the company and they was very prompt at contacting me and staying in contact to make sure I received my item and I did and was very happy with the item.

Sometimes something doesn't go to plan - what's important then, is how people respond. There was an initial problem with my order, but the response was great and everything was put right. Sign of a supplier you can trust. I'd use again.

I originally wrote a different review that I am now updating in light of some positive changes. I had an undelivered order issue to resolve.

After an initial period of my item not having been delivered, I reached out via email/phone attempts to get more info. The phone number unfortunately doesnt pick up and I had to wait a few weeks in total to hear back in full via email.

The seller did explain they had some difficult personal reasons as to why I hadn't heard back sooner. We are all human so I am empathetic to this and understand. They kindly initiated a refund at this point and endeavoured to look into why the delivery failed with their chosen service.

It's unfortunate I didn't receive my item as I had already been let down by a different seller so hoped ASY would save me, especially as I saw good reviews!

From other reviews it appears communication can be improved from ASY. This aside, I do believe they are very much trying to run a small business as best as they can.

I would suggest for the future the seller also ensures customers receive a confirmation email once the order has been officially sent out for delivery, as I never received this and that would have improved my initial experience.

After having an argument with a lamppost- smashing my passenger side door mirror i needed a replacement- I found these guys online and ordered a replacement unit- easy order process and absolutely brilliant colour match on our 2009 Fiesta very pleasantly pleased and great value for a complete unit-can't fault them.

Found easy to locate item needed and when arrived was in good condition. Selected faster delivery for £5.99 which was stated to be 2 day courier. From day company confirmed despatch it took 8 days to arrive and was sent via Royal Mail 24. Label gave post by date of up to 2 weeks. When asked why not sent express got reply just saying Royal Mail slow and no other explanation. No issue with item but seller needs to make clear on website that faster delivery is not via courier which is what I was expecting. I would suggest seller either removes option or sets up courier as this has been flagged in previous reviews.

Wing mirror cover was an exact colour match and fit perfectly. Customer service was also excellent, managed to order the wrong shade of red and ASY autoparts got back to me quickly and corrected my mistake, thank you!

Ordered a complete wing mirror for my Nissan Qashqai. Couple days later I was sent a confirmation email stating my product has been dispatched. Few days passed, no update on transport and no available way to track the order.
I call their main phone line, repeatedly throughout the day to late afternoon, no answer.
Then I send emails requesting an update on the parcel (ETA). I receive a lazy email stating an equity has been made to the ‘delivery company’ about where my parcel is and that they will get back to me.

An hour later, no response. I email again stating I’m awaiting an update on my parcel… Still nothing. I’ve spent £90 plus delivery assured I wills revive my ordered product, to be left in limbo wondering whether the product will arrive or not.
