This is a horrible company
This is a horrible company! They do not deserve even one star!
They keep shutting down my reseller hosting account, my website, my WHM and cPanel accounts.
Several times it was every two weeks. I have one account with them and every month they bill me for two accounts.
Every month my bill is paid on time but they still shut everything down on me. I had Google ads running and spent over $500.00 on google ads and people were sent to my site but it wasn't active due to them wrongfully shutting my site down over and over.
I lost a lot of advertising money and possible sales. I even paid my account AHEAD of time, I made April, 14th 2024 payment on March 13th, 2024 and they still shut my account down 3 times as of today April 4th and I paid April 14th, 2024 in advance.
And it's only April 4th 2024 and I am paid up to May 14th 2024 and they are still shutting my accounts down.
They activated my site again and two days later they shut it down again! Once again, my account is still paid 1 month ahead.
This has been happening, every single month since the very first month I was with them. They don't just shut down my account once a month it's CONSTANTLY, throughout every month.
September 2023 to present April 4th 2024
I gave them many months to straighten out and it just gets worse!
I am currently waiting on them to reactivate all my accounts so I can migrate my site and my customers sites to a new system. I am finally giving up on them to do business the right way!
I don't recommend this company at all! Buyer Beware!!!
