I am also one of the poor sods that have lost money to this bunch, I have noted further down in the reviews mention of a what's app group, can anyone provide me with more detail, I have floundered at every corner on this and I am wondering if anyone has successfully brought a case against them.

Just want to add to the discussion here, that I was scammed by these crooks with the assistance of a bogus investment company. They teamed up to steal my money and the money of quite a lot of investors from what i see here

I have posted before and am surprised at the poor response. Do the names Richard Symonds, Adrian Bloomfield, Timothy Mycock have anything in common ?

I am surprised to see some good reviews, I guess these people received a request fromn Astute that bad reviews are damaging the business. as far as I\ am concerned my investment gone and nobody is dreaming to get anywhing back.
In the meantime they operate under new name and taking even more money from new customers.

Is there a number or a recovery company that i can use for Asute Capital, these lowlife scumbags, or even a home address would be very handy, is there a facebook group or whatsapp? £26500 lost of my pension with poor excuses and gut less emails, wont answer a phone call !!!!

Please has anyone received any money back from their investments with Astute Capital plc. It has been 6 years since I took out an I.s.a which should of paid out with interest in 3 years. Please has anyone got any information or company that can recover this money as it is impossible. Thankyou.

Ray Turner do you have the what’s app group number? I spoke to someone about trying to recoup some of my late father’s money. They charge 20% but not sure how successful they are. Has anyone had any money recovered?
I have tried the Ombudsman but they said they could not help as Astute were not financially regulated.

How can a company take peoples money. They have 50K of my money. There must be someone who can help us?

Do not get involved with this company , they do not communicate across the company , I have had numerous in fact over 30 phone calls from different phone numbers claiming to be from astute finance , I was in hospital in a induced coma , my son took the calls and told them not to ring back despite finding my password and telling them to stop calling whilst I was ill , they want you to do all the work so they can take a commission for doing absolutely naff all . They are extremely pushy and persistent and did not lien to my requests and demands for them to stop vmcalling I am taking a civil case against them for harassment , it's the only way they will learn .

Just wanted to let others in this predicament with Astute know that I have taken my complaint to the financial Ombudsman and they are following it up. It's a lengthy process but I will continue to pursue it rather than sit back hoping for something to happen! You might like to do similar.

Yes me like others had ISA investments with Astute Capital PLC that are now worthless shares in Astute.
They do not reply to emails but been emailed by Steve at Hilbert Investment Solutions who were the ISA manager in my investment in Astute. The ISA's are actually no longer qualify to be held in a ISA so will be put into my name due to no action from Astute listing the shares. I told him too late they are already shares in my name. Shares in Astute!
How does an investment that should of paid out November 2022 is converted to shares in April 2022 ?

Very upsetting to realise that I was deviously misled to invest in Astute Capital. I wonder why some people have been given ordinary A shares or ordinary B shares although none of them are worth anything at the moment but I see if there is ever some sort of pay out people with the A shares will have preference, I see I’ve been given the B shares.

Astute Capital Plc, now have a new corporate director based in Leeds, if you look into this corporate director it is a accountancy firm that has links with the director of Asset stone ltd which is the new phoenix company set up for the owner of Astute Capital Plc. I suggest we contact the accountancy firm that is now taking over Astute Capital Plc to find out more information.

I thought that they have started refunding they have started refunding all the money back to all their Investors saying that they can get their money back. My own Investment have been send to me.

Stupidly I trusted them until the last moment. I was told that Astute are issuing bridging loans to individuals and companies. Now apparently there was a "MIS-MANAGEMENT" by directors! Pure theft! My decision to transfer my ISA to another firm I trust has been met with subtle resolution. They keep delaying the transfer for no reason, I'm really tired at the moment.
