Wish I can give a negative star. Ordered on the 29th of November, it is now December 19th and still waiting. No one responds to my emails. Wish I would have read the reviews before ordering.

Ordered on the 11th and was received by evri on the 18th December, the tracking hasn't moved since accepted by evri gateway. So much for 2 day delivery. Emailed twice and no response. Poor.

So far I have had serious issues getting the parcel. However it hasn't taken any longer than any other post I have been receiving from Royal Mail. I was impressed with how protectively they wrapped the parcel and every time I contacted customer service I got a reasonably quick response for what must be a busy period with lots of additional issues. We haven't turned it on yet as I'm giving it as a present, but I have opened it up and don't think it is of poor quality. Just that probably those who have received their parcel late aren't understanding of the strikes and are already in a bad mood.

Received my galaxy projector today. No plug, even though it said a micro usb plug was included. No charging point on the projector & to top it off, it’s just hard plastic so none of the buttons can be pressed to even turn it on. It seems to me just a piece of hard plastic…complete rip off & I can’t see how I can return it anywhere.
I have read the comments below from the merchant and would like to add. I have e-mailed ref a return. I have been able to find the have charging point, very difficult to see. PLEASE NOTE no instruction booklet was included with my item. I do think it's misleading to advise micro USB plug included as a lot of people will think that is a plug, like me, and not just a cable. I would like to add that although the item is now working, I do not think its very good value for money and looks and feels a very cheap item

Thought I might be able to give 0 stars but unfortunately you can’t.
I ordered mine 2 weeks ago and nothing has arrived. Customer service has been slow at best and to be honest I’m left questioning whether this is even real or if there is some person sat in the Philippines counting the money good people have tried to spend to buy something nice for their loved ones. This was meant to be a Christmas present but I’m not holding my breath. My intuition tells me this is a scam. Even if it isn’t though it’s been a waste of £40 and one of the reasons why Amazon is becoming a corporate giant and small businesses fail. I personally have an online business too and will always bend of backwards to resolve issues.
My advice, just go an buy it on Amazon. It will be with you in 24 hours and won’t be a scam.

I made an order for the Galaxy projector and also paid for it. I didn't received an order conformation, so I have send them a email....they replied me the same day and send me a link so I could track the order within one week I received the order. Thanks Ollie from Astrollight.com for your help!

Appears to be a scam. Doesn’t seem to be a legit company and certainly has no customer service. No reply to messages or emails and no confirmation emails received.
Requested refund through bank.
Avoid.

I can't find a charging point even though I've been sent a cable and the device, I'm not sure how I'm going to charge it before use. I didn't know about the laser beams and that is making me nervous now to use the product. Hoping it will work OK!

Like many on here I placed my order on 30th Nov, I received an email to say it had been dispatched 1st Dec.
I then grew doubtful after seeing many reviews on here and on social media (as I had come across this company through social media) as well as not receiving a delivery update for over a week.
I contacted Astrol Light via both their live webchat and email and they responded quickly (I was preparing to submit a fraud claim and needed evidence).
I've just received my parcel (13th Dec) which is a relief, but I'm disappointed to say the product is not at all what I expected. It doesn't project nowhere near as well as what is protrayed in the advertisements and feels very cheap and that it won't last long. I wouldn't have paid more than £10 for this.
I've read other reviews about how difficult returns are so I think I'll keep the product - although is a Christmas gift which I feel embarassed about giving due to the quality.
Lesson learnt - don't buy through Instagram/Facebook paid ads!
2 weeks ago I ordered 2 projectors. I’m extremely upset. I agree with all the other unhappy customers.
I’m going ahead and claiming a refund. AVOID THIS COMPANY. Terrible “customer support” it’s obvious by the tone of the little correspondence I have received personally and reading replies on here to many other unhappy customers that this is a very unprofessional company.AND
I just found out I can get this pretty much same projector on amazon next day delievery for £26 each!! Astro light charged me £40 each and it took 2 weeks to get delivered. the parcel did arrive eventually and it was from China. I feel like I’ve been totally mugged off, really not happy.
Ordered 24th November, received a tracking email to say the product was dispatched, but the tracker is still indicating the product has not been received yet by Royal Mail 18 days later. Tried using their online chat, but it simply replied to say no one was there at that time and have had no response to my email. Very disappointing service, and am wondering if I will ever see my product or get a refund.
Arrived fast despite everything going on thanks

Took about 10 days to arrive because of Royal Mail strikes but glad it’s finally here, great product!
Love it mate like a galaxy right in my bedroom 👍💫
I ordered two and cord was’t working on one of them, but it is just generic cord so I had one lying around the house. Projection is beautiful and buttons to change settings are easy to navigate and super responsive.
Excellent just what I was looking for. It really sets the vibe of the room especially while listening to smooth music, is perfect as we are now going into winter and darker nights.

Absolutely amazing! I am in love. I have wanted one of these for months after seeing them every where. There are 3 settings; galaxy with the stars, stars on their own and slowly rotating galaxy with stars. Very atmospheric!

The touch buttons are very stupidly placed. And very hard to spot as they are the same colour as the product itself. Also the touch buttons are very confusing to understand which light's are which because they pretty much do the same thing and style.. why is there 2 on and off buttons
It's very poorly and cheaply made
Especially for the price I paid.
I wouldn't recommend it to anyone or ever purchase it again.
It needs to have a remote control with it and clear instructions otherwise it's just so annoying.

I've bought this for my daughter for Xmas so can't really comment on how good it is but it looks and sounds amazing and the process from purchasing to delivery was spot on..
