Gee was amazing! - Cardiff
Gee was amazing at the Cardiff Store! Had my flat done and was very nervous but it wasn’t as bad as i thought. Gee was very gentle and distracted me by talking to me :) The lady who helped me find the right piercings and sign my forms was very helpful too!

Terrible Quality
The jewellery selection is visually beautiful but horrendous quality! The welded jewellery breaks incredibly easily and is NOT solid gold, you will see what is inside once it breaks! Customer service is severely lacking. I have tried many other welded jewellery options elsewhere and the quality from other brands is miles above!

Stacked lobe piercings
Lovely experience getting stacked lobe piercings at the Dublin store - all the staff were wonderful and my piercer, Daniela was excellent. Very professional and helpful. She did a wonderful job - I’m very pleased with my new piercings and earrings.

Great customer service
My favourite necklace that I had for years broke, I contacted A&M to see if a repair was possible. It wasn’t unfortunately but the found me a replacement necklace and anklet for pieces that are no longer sold. They were discounted too. They had quick responses to my enquiry and also checked up on the situation when they hadn’t had a reply from me in a few days (I thought I had sent a message but hadn’t). Great customer service and a happy outcome.

Well.....what can I say.

Simply outstanding experience at A&M
Simply outstanding experience at Astrid & Miyu Brighton. Visited for a double lobe piercing on my right ear (thanks Meg!!) followed by downsizing appointment 9 weeks later (with another member of staff, apologies as I didn’t get your name but you were also fab). Staff are so friendly, knowledgable and down to earth. Jewellery is high quality, gorgeous (I bought white gold) and I am happy with the price I paid. I also recycled my longer posts from my first session for money off my shorter posts during my downsizing appointment. The staff all remembered me when I came back for my second visit and were excited to see my healing progress. Exceptional hygiene standards. No pressure from the staff to make a sale or go through with a piercing. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Will be going back. You should go too!! Thank you A&M xx

I discovered your brand on a recent trip to Dublin and purchased a few pieces. That led me to ordering on your US website.
