Ordered a jacket for my son on the 24th Feb, it is now march 22nd, no jacket... They won't answer emails, no trace of my order.... They basically stole my money...
No communication at all and I have emailed loads...

Only a 1 because you can't put 0. Order placed and paid for 2 months ago....they said "partially shipped". Never provided tracking number to verify shipping...will not respond to requests for info and delete you from social media when you inquire. Ask yourself "what are they hiding"....spend your hard earned elsewhere..

I think I have been scammed!
I think I have been scammed!! I was so excited when I found Astray, their stuff is so cool and decently priced. They promise 1-3 day shipping after your order is placed... IT HAS BEEN A MONTH! They totally ghosted me, not answering my emails, forms, or DMs! I want me jacket or my money back.

Cheap, Cheerful and Hype
Really good prices, compared to hype brands, free shipping and true to size.
Not Astray's fault but shipping can be slow, despite being free. Ordered on 24th Dec 2021 and arrived on 17th Jan 2022

Disappointed…
Placed the order on the 12th, Received it on the 24th… It’s the packaging, comes in a cheap plastic bag, shipped in more terrible packaging. When I said something about it, I was told: “you got a nice hang tag tho”… Really?! That’s your response? Disgusted. I love to support everyone, but I’m not spending another dime with Astray.
