Really good quality cases

I ordered 2 cases and they both arrived quickly. They were packaged well and are good quality cases. They are both quite stiff, so a bit tricky to get on and off your phone, but that does make them very protective. I am really happy with my cases.

Wrong item sent to me again

After finally settling, because they would not send me a full refund, I paid the $10.00 for a replacement and still recieved the wrong color case. Im now over $50.00 into a phone case. They claim that the color may appear different in different lighting, but silver and the green that they advertise are completely different.

Still not received my order.

I thought this was a UK company and bought two iphone cases on the 18th October and am still waiting. Their tracking system does not work and Royal Mail have still not received the parcel.

Terrible service and this is the first and last time I will buy anything from them.

My advice to this company is BE HONEST about who you are and where you trade from.

The slide on my case is a little looser than I expected. As I am typing this with one hand I can feel it moving back and forth with my fingers and hear it.

Overall not an issue the side stays closed.

Avoid - Shoddy Item and Extremely Poor Customer Service

I wish there was a zero star option for this product and for the customer support.
After less than two weeks of gentle usage, my ipad cover has split along one of the sides of the screen. I contacted Astra, asking to return for a refund but was told that they would send me a new cover. This is the second cover that I have received, the first one, having done exactly the same thing. I do not want a new cover. I would like a refund.

I received a reply after a few days, offering me a new cover but only if I replied within 24 hours. I had major surgery on Monday but replied on Tuesday, again reiterating my plea of returning the defective cover and having a refund. Yet again, I received a reply with we will send you a new cover but only if you reply within 24 hours.
I’m not sure but this is not a UK company (as you are lead to believe) but is located in China.
If you are considering buying an Astra cover, I would advise against it. Not only are the covers shoddily made but you will go around in circles with their customer support team who will not refund you but send you, yet another badly made item.
In short – avoid.

Offer good savings with bulk orders. Only thing I would like to see better is tracking information that provides detail. Once items reach the states, tracking kicks in, but until then you are uninformed once shipped.

Ordered my case on September 26th and…

Ordered my case on September 26th and it’s October 12th and still waiting for my case says it shipped from Illinois on the first day then went to mainland china a few days later and tracking also doesn’t work and everytime I get ahold of the company through email they say they are tracking it and send me another tracking number and other bull crap but never works so I will never use this place again.

Beware, buy at your peril

Still waiting for a phone case ordered on 1st Oct 2025. Today is 12th October!
Tracking does not work either!!
Absolutely shocking. This is a scam company claiming to be based in the UK
False advertising!! Poss USA or China
I needed this case for my new phone as we are travelling abroad in 2 days. Had this company have been more
transparent about the country they were shipping from I would never have
purchased!
I have since had to purchase another phone case (which took ONE day to arrive) is of superior quality.
When said case arrives I will be out of the country, and due to the remoteness of where we live, there will be no one around to accept the parcel. Not my problem
Astra Cases "UK" this is totally unacceptable! and down to your incompetent and dishonest policies I am cancelling my order with you require a full refund.
Very disappointed.
