Quality, price, delivery speed
Im on my 2nd case, the first one really took a beating and i had it for 2 years, dropped it countless times on concrete, asphalt, even down a steep hill. It held up so good my phone never got a scratch, and I just bought the exact same one. Definitely recommend it.

Dreadful treatment by this company!
iPad case was NOT right to fit the size advertised - it was way too big and there’s no way it would ever fit
It cost almost $100 (on ‘special’) but it was a totally cheap fabrication and didn’t have the screen protector that was advertised with it
Sent them a video of how it didn’t fit but they insisted it did fit!! Even though there was a 1cm gap at one end they told me I was just not putting it in right!!
It’s been weeks since first ordering (took ages to arrive then endless backwards and forward with emails)
They send emails In the night btw - clearly not in Australia despite the fake impressions of AUS website & email addresses
I have had enough - they still won’t give me a refund or return process
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE

I've been waiting almost a MONTH for my phone case. Even though it states 1-3 business days for processing and 4-8 business days for shipping. And when I emailed Astra customer support and told them this was unacceptable. They just regurgitated there shipping policy claiming that it was normal. Well, I still haven't gotten it and if you want a phone accessory before the software is outdated. Do NOT order from Astra. Order that shit from Amazon or Walfart.

These folks are just wonderful, customer service, representatives, and helpers. They make a wonderful product even though sometimes some of it comes from China they don’t buy junk. It’s good stuff and they are Johnny on the spot to fix things if something isn’t right. I would buy a case from them in a heartbeat again. They are just really nice people to deal with and their covers are really excellent.. I have high recommendations for them.

Very good experience. Great iPhone case exactly as ordered at a good price. Delivered well within a reasonable time.

Complete garbage. Brittle cases crack and chip far too easly. Have to remove front screen after every time I open my phone. Bulky case blocks left side of keyboard making usage frustrating and difficult. Not worth the money. They replaced the first one that chipped after less than 2 foot drop. Don't waste your time or money on this piece of junk.

I never received my order. They kept giving me the run around. There's about 20-25 emails sent from the company saying the same thing. Oh it's coming I assure you even though the tracking info never updated from "shipping label created". I even called the courier and was told the reason why it still says shipping label created and hasn't updated in 3 weeks is cause the item was never given to us so there's nothing to update! This is proof but they still keep giving me the runaround and saying the same thing. I am done talking with these people as they are obviously playing games with me. I sent a letter to there Attorney General for investigation for fraud and the local police are also looking into this as well..why you have to give at least 1 star is beyond me. This company gets -5 stars

I like the design and the protection it gave to my phone.

We like the sleek look and easy to install, feels like plastic but we can hope they are withstand a lot especially when stating they are military grade

Ordered an item on 9th December as a Christmas present. It stated on the website that it would arrive for Christmas. Had a couple of updates with tracking information that when tracking number entered, is not recognised. It's now 20th December and I am thinking I will need to go out shopping on Christmas Eve to buy a replacement. Really not happy. Feel like I've been conned into buying something that wasn't going to be here in time.

Do not order from this company unless you want to wait over 2 weeks for your order. I ordered on Nov 29 and case was not delivered until Dec 16. There is no phone number for this company, and when you message them about your order, you just keep getting the same AI-generated response that they “completely understand your frustration.” Order processing takes 1-3 business days, and shipping takes an additional 8-10 business days. They send a fake tracking number which shows that your order is being processed in Arlington Heights, IL (for reference, I live in St. Louis, MO, so this order should have been here in 2 days), but when the package finally arrived, it showed that the package came from Somerset, NJ. There is nothing special about this case. It is a phone case. I ordered it because I usually order a Spigen card case, but Spigen does not yet have a card case for the 17 Pro. Would never order from this company again. I even started wondering if this is a real company.
