From start to finish Jenny made the whole process very smooth and easy, I am very happy with the result and would thoroughly recommend the services. Thank you to all the staff and their VERY smiley faces at every visit.

My hearing has been in the hands of Aston Hearing for some 12+ years from the early days of solely wax removal to hearing tests and eventually hearing aids. I stumbled upon them as they were convenient being on my route to work. How fortunate I was! I credit them for not allowing my hearing to compromise
my life. My latest hearing aids are a technology masterpiece expertly and caringly prescribed by Hollie who is also a hearing aid wearer. Who better to advise on the many aspects of hearing and available hardware?
Aston Hearing are as competent as they are pleasant people.

I visited the Thame clinic recently for ear-wax removal following unsuccessful attempts to get my GP surgery to take an interest in my painful right ear. Cassie did a great job removing the wax but noticed an infection and possible bone abnormalities within the ear canal. She sent a referral to my GP asking the surgery to prescribe antibiotic spray for the infection and for an onward referral to ENT for investigation of the bone growth abnormalities.
The GP surgery clearly have great faith In Aston Hearing as they prescribed the antibiotic spray, which cleared the infection within 1 week, and referred me to ENT! Subsequently I've had an appointment with an ENT consultant, a CT scan on my ears and have an appointment for follow-up with the consultant to review the scan results.
All this has taken place in a short period of time due to the professionalism of Aston Hearing and their great patient follow-up. I cannot thank them enough and would certainly recommend them to anybody who is thinking about ear wax removal and/or the condition of their ears.

The receptionist was welcoming, Hollie (the audioligist) was very prompt, put me at ease, answered all my questions clearly, explained the 'cros' requirement and I am now proceeding with a hearing aid.

I am in a trial period for my hearing aids and inevitably have numerous questions regarding their suitability. Hollie has been extremely helpful and offered many reassuring & constructive comments, regarding my doubts.
The service I have been given has been first class and I would happily recommend this company to anyone with hearing difficulties.

I was passing the Thame branch and decided to pop in to enquire. The helpful lady at reception explained the service clearly and even checked my ears there and then to confirm I didn’t have a build-up of wax. She then booked me an appointment for a hearing test.
When I returned, I saw Hollie, who thoroughly investigated my concerns before carrying out the test. Thankfully, everything was normal for my age.
Highly recommend this service — professional, friendly, and a great reminder of how important it is to look after your hearing.

Excellent service I have attended both Amersham and Thame and both equally good. Thame is more convenient especially with HS2 works going on. I am always greeted and treated well by friendly staff. I highly recommend

Have had several visits for up-to-date hearing test and new hearing aids. Very friendly and helpful service, always punctual. Would recommend.

Last year I suffered a very sudden, acute hearing loss. I had an emergency appointment with Jenny at Thame who told me I needed to be seen urgently at hospital. She wrote a very detailed referral letter and even took time to speak with a consultant to tell him I was being referred, along with a proposed treatment plan. Over time, some of my hearing returned, but not to an acceptable level which necessitated me having a hearing aid. I have had several appointments with Aston Hearing in Thame and the service and customer care I have received has been absolutely excellent. I now have an Oticon hearing aid which is not cheap, but is an excellent product which now means I can hear again to a good standard.
The service provided by all at Aston Hearing has been excellent, but I must make special mention of Hollie and Jenny (in particular) who guided me through the process. I can't thank them enough for their advice and guidance through what has been, at times, a worrying process.

Hollie made the experience so easy and relaxing. She was an absolute pleasure to talk to and made the process so easy. She took the time to explain everything clearly after too. Lovely to meet you Hollie.

I went to the Thame clinic for a general hearing assessment and advice about tinnitus. I was seen by Hollie and was very impressed with her knowledge and thoroughness. She was very efficient and personable, and I learnt so much about hearing in general. The whole experience was a delight. I would highly recommend Aston Hearing.

I was nervous about needing hearing aids but I needn’t have worried because Aston Hearing made the whole experience comfortable and effective. My Audiologist, Hollie, was so competent and encouraging. She built up my confidence in using my aids and I feel I can always go to her for support.
