I decided to return a wig that didn’t quite fit as expected and exchange it for another — and the whole process was incredibly smooth. The team made everything so convenient, stayed in touch with updates, and followed up on my return and exchange every step of the way. Their attention and care honestly made me feel so warm and valued.

Asteria hair has been my go to for the last few years. I’ve ordered over 5 wigs from their site and they have all been quality. I’ve gotten 3 custom colored wigs and they’ve all been amazing. The customer service and communication is immaculate and they ensure they are in communication during shipment and after you receive your hair. I had customized a wig to 30 inch, they answered fast and sent out the wig urgently so I could have it before my graduation. My entire experience with Asteria was enjoyable! I require special small-cap sizing, and I emailed them to ask about the process. They were kind, professional, and warm. They customized the wig to my needs and even sent me photos of the wig for my approval! It felt very consultative. When the wig arrived, it was already pre-plucked, cut, and styled. The lace was cut, and the knots were bleached. That made everything incredibly easy for me, especially as a newbie with wigs. The wig did shed a little which is to be expected. The hair had a scent because it was pre-styled using a pressing come and you could smell that however the smell wore off soon. The hair was beautiful, and I am going to shop for more wigs from them. They made this too easy and now I WANT MORE! Hahaha

Good communication – I decided to keep the wig despite the long process.
I got my wig (Curly wig) on time, the quality of the wig is good in my opinion. However, I wanted to return the wig for couple reasons. They persuaded me and tried to sell me another wig. But then I came to the decision to keep the wig . My honest opinion towards the employees is ,that since it was the first time I ordered something from them, they were quite friendly and communicative at the same time, you could exchange well with them, despite the entire process.

Most trustful wig company I know!
I loooove love this company. Every wig I’ve purchased has been exactly what I’ve wanted. I don’t have to order wigs often because their wigs last a good minute. I’ve been purchasing from them since about 2020 and I only have good things to say. I’ve recently contacted them because I was worried about import/tariff fees and they worked with me to get a wig shipped from their US warehouse!!! And I purchased my wig Thursday, and it delivered first thing Monday morning! Their customer service is so incredibly kind and helpful. Every wig I’ve purchased has been extremely soft, true to length, and 100% human hair. Ive been able to bleach, dye, and style their wigs no problem.

Realized that I wanted a longer length and the company quickly worked with me to have the wig exchanged for a longer length along with my request for a 6x6 closure.
