Jenny and James were so professional, friendly and helpful.

My LPA was a success. Documents received swiftly and their instructions were user friendly. Competitive prices too. James even answered a query I had within half and hour during a weekend. Jenny was always at the end of the phone for advice.

Prompt reply to initial enquiry and extremely efficient explanation of the requirements for LPA. The cost was far less than other quotes but the service was excellent. We received our completed forms within 48 hours of completing the questionaire by phone which was most helpful as one of the attorneys living abroad was coming to the UK for Christmas and would save us the problem of sending him the forms to sign. All forms arrived with stickers to indicate where to sign (many times) and we were able to check all the names/addresses before the final copy was mailed to us. Thank you Jenny and James

We recommend Assured Plans who guided us through the process of applying for LPA's. From the start we enjoyed prompt replies to phone calls and emails. When the documents arrived for signing, all was clear, with plain instructions. Yellow stick-on tabs showed precisely who was to sign and where. Needless to say, we are also happy that AP's fee was far less than our first quote.

Everyone I spoke to were exceptionally helpful but especially James Tyrrell who was not only exceptionally helpful but very friendly and easy to talk to. He was so knowledgeable and very understanding to myself.
