I’ve purchased a bunch of stuff here over the years. Selection can be spotty because it’s overstock but the quality is top notch and delivery is good, even internationally. I’ve never had an issue.

Wheres my free cap? I was told 'you get a free cycling cap with every order' Imagine my disappointment when the oder arrived minus the cap!

They were fantastic. What they have is sort of hit or miss as it is an outlet after all. Having said that the service is fantastic. Ordered on a Monday evening, splurged on shipping (still have of Backcountry), corrected order Tuesday am and had the goods Wednesday evening delivered UK to US East Coast for $21.

Purchased Assos' shorts from them 3 times now (4 pairs total). The prices are usually the best I can find on the internet, the shorts are genuine assos. Shipping is not fast or free but even factoring that in there is good value here.

Okay, so they do not have everything in every size, everyday. But, if you want what they have the service is simply second to none. I ordered for the East Coast of the US on a Monday night, realized I had made a mistake and reached out to Verity and was able to correct the order. It shipped Tuesday. 2:00pm Wednesday, FedEx is at the front door - for $21.

Everything arrived in perfect order.

The only reason I gave 4 Stars was that fact that I did not receive updates about the shipping process. I have bought many things from Assosfactoryoutlet and have been please everytime.

The gear that you all sale cost is very reasonable. Also the shipping was fast. As a bigger guy I wish their was more options for us larger guys.

Really disappointed in my last order, this was for my wife. The Uma shorts that I ordered for her were "Large" and indeed the paper tag indicated the same. The problem was that it was actually "small" as the cloth tag on the garment itself indicated. All one had to do was look at the garment itself and anyone could see that the garment was "small". Perhaps a young teenager could have fit into it. Such an obvious and out of character breakdown of quality control for Assos. What really adds insult to injury is that 1) I had to pay for shipping to me and; 2) I had to pay for shipping to send it BACK to you! AND 3) if I want to replace it, I have to pay for shipping AGAIN!!! Grrrrr! I've loved ordering from you in the past but not sure I'll go down this road again. The only positive was that you accepted it back readily.

My order arrived in 10 days from England to Canada. The biking shorts are excellent and very comfortable to wear for long periods of time on the bike. The top is a medium but fits very small. I am a 34 bust CDN and it is tight on me, but the shorts are a small and fit me fine. So the tops seem to fit tigher than the bottoms as I am not busty!
