We had an escape of water claim that required extensive remedial work to our house. Thank goodness we were put in touch with George at Aspray Peterborough who was fantastic. He dealt with the insurance company, organised the drying process, the re-insulation of our walls and the contractors who did the reconstruction work. He was open and upfront about how it all worked, made sure that everything worked out the way we wanted and kept us informed throughout the process. He was thoughtful and caring about the impact on us, used great contractors who provided an excellent service, was quick to respond to any questions or concerns and was generally a lovely person to deal with. I would highly recommend recommend Aspray to anyone else who finds themselves in the unfortunate position of needed a loss assessor.

In reality half the house needed redecorating and drying. His turnkey approach meant we didn’t need to worry about anything and actually went on holiday during this process, whilst George updated us regularly 🙏

I had a leak coming from the shower in my flat that was affecting my downstairs neighbour. I was referred to Aspray via The Leak Detection Company, and I’m glad I was.

Although the overall process took some time, the scale and complexity of the project were far beyond what I could have managed alone, and I would almost certainly have made costly mistakes without support.

As advertised, Elias orchestrated and guided the entire project through to completion. His tone was consistently reassuring, even during several challenging interactions with my insurance company. Timely and effective communication is especially important to me, and he never missed the mark. He ensured that every aspect of the work was completed exactly as stated.

I hope I don’t find myself needing this kind of service again, but if I do, Elias will be the first person I call.

I’m very happy with the reinstatement repairs carried out by Aspray after my insurance claim. Satinder and team were reassuring and knowledgeable throughout the whole process and made everything feel much less stressful. We were fortunate to be allocated Satinder Grewal to oversee our case. We were kept informed of the progress of our claim regularly and each stage was dealt with in a professional and courteous manner.

The fire damage claim and subsequent repairs were quite complex and took a long time due to party walls and having to work with the next door property, where the fire had happened. Mark was incredibly helpful in liaising with the various parties and made the whole process very easy for me.

Following flooding in November 2024 Aspray were exemplary in dealing with the insurer’s loss adjuster. I believe that, had we had to contend with them without Aspray’s support, the remediation would have been carried out to a much lower standard. What was ultimately put right amounted to between £35k and £40k more than the insurer was initially trying to “get away with.” It has taken a long time and Aspray have been with us every step of the way. I could not recommend them more highly. Very knowledgeable, diligent and tenacious.

Satinder was excellent from beginning to end. We definitely would not have got a resolution to our claim without him. Recommend highly!

We had a leak in our utility room and Aspary was very helpful and organised in helping us to deal with the problem. They took over everything which made life much easier for us. They liaised with our home insurance, they orangised work men coming to repair the leak and repair the flood. It was very efficient. We would specially like to thank Ben for all his help . Ben was amazing from start to finish. Dealing with the insurance company and then sorting contractors to complete the work. The work was finished a week before scheduled and the finish was insane.
