I ordered several items for our swimming pool including a lifebuoy, mounting hooks, a safety sign and a first aid kit.....safety 1st!!
I received just the lifebuoy so contacted the company to ask where the rest of the order was, I was told that TNT/ FEDEX had misplaced the item, thought that was a little odd as both packages were coming to the same address, anyway the following week arrived and still no sign so I contacted fedex to be told that my. Parcel had been water damaged and that I wouldn’t be receiving it.
I took screenshots of the conversation and sent to Aspli, i spoke to a man who said I could have a refund for the missing items.... however the refund didn’t arrive ( this was down to a simple breakdown in communications) so I called up and spoke to a VERY helpful Lady called Gaynor, she was so so helpful, she arranged for me to be sent the first aid kit again and a refund for the remainder of the missing items..including a 50% discount on my lifebuoy, simply for the stress and inconvenience.
What a fantastic service I received from this lady, I will STRESS that TNT/FEDEX were what caused the problem, not this company and then FEDEX turned up 10 days later and delivered a parcel to my doorstep and then just drove off without even giving me the chance to tell them that the item needed to be returned, Called Gaynor again who apologised and told me to keep the items as it wasn’t worth them paying to have them collected.
I absolutely would recommend this company despite the mix up however I would honestly NOT recommend anyone use FedEx to get anything delivered as they caused so much grief to myself and this company.
Thankyou to Gaynor who helped sort this out, I am very grateful and I hope that the company recognise your positive contribution to Aspli.
We will definitely be shopping with them again!
