Avoid like the plague. I was a first time buyer and viewed 2 properties with aspire. First of all, I put all my requirements through their AI to register, the lady called me next day and asked for all my details again even though AI took them??? My first viewing was rectory Avenue which they used AI to make the garden look 4x larger, I then sent a complaint and they responded to say how their clients love their AI marketing, but no apology for wasting your time or misleading you? The concrete was cracked, the garden was eroded and it was a complete mess, unfortunately the negotiator hadn’t been to the house before so she was unaware of the deception from the lister. 2nd property was on queen elizabeth chase which was a true likeness to the listing. Following on from the viewings, I had an offer accepted via another agent and aspire have continued to SPAM me. I’ve asked Kareena Steane and Alex Bird to remove my details on different occasions and they continue to spam me which is a breach of GDPR. I specified I only wanted to receive properties in Rochford and I’m getting spammed everyday with properties in Dagenham, Romford, Southend, Benfleet, and further afield???? Maybe stop with the AI slop and employ real people as I’m convinced Kareena Steane is a robot as she doesn’t respond to any emails. I will never list or buy through you as if this is how shit your service is now then how are we going to fair when it comes to the legal transaction???
