I bought this vacuum cleaner in January 2024. I wish I had seen the other reviews before I purchased it. It is totally useless and picks up hardly anything. It doesn't keep it's charge either needing to be constantly recharged. There was no paperwork included, so it is a very suspect firm. I shall forward this to Trading Standards. This useless vacuum cleaner should be banned.

This is a fraudulent company if only I had done my homework and read the reviews on this website/page it seems that “JOY” is quite happy upsetting costumers this company needs to be stopped asap it’s a defiante scam the vacuum is absolutely rubbish and is like a child’s toy

Please… I urge you not to purchase from this company. I bought a vacuum which I can only compare to a child’s toy. For the last 2 weeks I have been liaising daily with Joy to no avail. She informs me I need to return to China and pay all fees crossing borders etc. I have reported this company to British trading standards as they are refusing to give me any return address even though they state they are a UK company. Pretty sure this review will be removed. The M3 has very little suction power.. please save your money and shop elsewhere with a reputable company.

I wish I had read the reviews on Trust pilot prior to making the purchase.
We received the vacuum cleaner on the 08/04/24, as per the instructions, fist charged it up, and used it on the 10/4/24, and the brush clean started to fall apart. Contacted the Customer Service (this word should not be used for this company at all.) Their response was I should use glue the parts that had fallen off, I asked them are they serious, and said I wanted to return the vacuum cleaner and get a full refund. They then said they would offer a £5.37 reduction as it turns out that returning the product is a hassle for them. Honestly they are a joke. I turned it down and requested again what the process is for returning the product and then get a full refund, my last email to them was Friday 12/4/24, and they have not responded back. Even said “Customers have a 14-day cooling-off period during which they can cancel their orders without incurring any additional costs. Moreover, businesses must process refunds and handle returns efficiently and transparently. “but as per the previous reviewer they are trying to get past the 14 days by giving me the run-around” If it was possible to give a minus star I would.
I am amazed that they are able to carry on as an online retailers, considering the negative reviews below.

Biggest con ever! Payment was taken from my bank account immediately on ordering. The vacuum was supposedly shipped for delivery but never arrived. Found out they had sent it to the wrong address which happened to be an empty property. They sent me an email saying that as I had “refused to collect the package” I would receive a refund minus £30!!!
They haven’t answered my emails and so far I haven’t had a refund.

No warranty, hoover was rubbish, terrible suction, started spitting out the dust even after cleaning everything out. Did manage to email customer service, but it's poor communication, asked for a video but struggle to send it. When finally managed it, they just told me to clean the hoover again! Nightmare and a waste of money. Please save your money and get another hoover

Totally concur with the previous poster. Do not waste your money on this product! Very poor suction - might just pick up a few bread crumbs, if that! Customer service - dire!! Had a couple of polite exchanges with them before asking to return the product - now they are refusing delivery of my e- mails. Vacuum cleaner comes with a very cheap looking charger and not even a docking station. Had read a glorious assesment of this vacuum cleaner - obviously fake!!

This is THE WORST HOOVER I’ve ever bought. It has no suction. It has a light that is useless - who is hoovering in the dark?! But more important they have the most TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I’ve asked them SIX TIMES how I return the product and they are actively not giving me this information. I have quoted the customer contracts regulations and have suggested they are trying to get past the 14 days by giving me the runaround. They WILL NOT tell me how to return it. Their website does not tell you how to return it. DO NOT PURCHASE this terrible hoover or you will regret it. I have never known anything like it from a modern day company. I’m convinced they’ve paid companies to rate them high and have put their own positive reviews on. That’s the only explanation for anything positive about this hoover or this dodgy company.

Buy in haste and repent at leisure. Can't believe I bought this on the fake David Brown recommendation. Very poor quality and weak suction even with boost switched on. Roller brush no longer revolving now so will not pick up anything. Have no idea what action against this company I can now take

No one will reply to my emails. Customer service doesn’t seem to exist. The vacuum cleaner barely picks up fluff. An expensive mistake for me from a fraudulent company. AVOID

the hoover arrived works ok ish my concern is that it came without warrenty and i cannot contact customer servises i thought the law on buying on line was you could cancel or return for a full refund i read that if lucky it can be returned to china but it came from the uk ? and would cost a fortune i cancelled this order before it was shipped but that and the e mail was ignored steer clear i belive it is all a scam and i will contact my credit card for help

Poor quality product, no warranty, no chance to make a claim nor get any useful support, not to mention refund. Stay away!

First off... Don't believe the 1 star reviews... I've read what they had to say and either they didn't give the company a chance or the product.
I bought mine after reading an engineers review and finding out it's developed by a Denmark company using the same parts as as the named products , but adding a premium for the name.
When it arrived (very quickly I might add) and opened the box I was surprised how well made it was.. most cordless vacuums are plastic anyway so no surprise on that..I put it together in less then 5 mins and was testing it out (it came with 75% charge) ..
NO cordless will ever rival a mains powered hoover, let's get this straight. These are designed to just pick up small bits and bobs.. You'll never get a deep clean from a battery powered unit.. my main unit is a Shark classic anti hair wrap upright pet vacuum and it's fabulous...I was amazed how much deep cleaning this can offer...so I wasn't expecting this cordless model to compete...however...I was surprised what this battery power house did pick up... It's perfect for a quick pick up of bits and pieces without having to use the mains unit..
I'm well impressed with this cordless hoover especially at this bargain price... I mean, come on. 3/4 and even 500 quid is a joke for a battery hoover...at 150 quid that's a bargain.
I've had no issues with contacting them and getting replies regarding another spare battery..

Lack of suction, no idea where the 4 and 5 star reviews are from, poor vacuum cleaner. Ok for kids.

Absolutely shocking, not even worth 1 star.
Ordered vacuum cleaner back in October 23, product never arrived. I've requested a refund, this was in December.as of yet not received anything, despite numerous emails sent and them saying it will be dealt with as soon as possible. They are not even replying now. Avoid this company at all costs, it's a scam and should be shut down as soon as possible.

My Cleaner arrived promptly and I have not had any issues.
The full charge is enough for me to clean my whole house which is a Victorian 3 bed terraced property.

Had this hoover couple months..this hoover is ok for a quick runaround for picking up crumbs fluff dog hair etc and I mean quick because from being charged to 100% within 5 mins of use ..( I timed it )it went down to 5% and stopped..I now have to wait about 3-4 hrs to charge it !.. not very gutsy when working... I prob would only recommend if you have a tiny space to clean.. not worth £175 as forever charging it up after little use! It does pick up well though but if you want to clean a whole house in one go forget it... I use my corded dyson for that..just wanted a quick daily runaround for pet hair .. shame about the constant charging issue.

Received my cordless on the 21, December. Communication with the company was great and they delivered on time. Great vacuum and looks good as well. Very lightweight and adjustable height. You can boost the power output to the level you require. All in all I am so glad not to have listen to these horrible scam warnings. There is nothing wrong with the company.

Everything that has been said above is correct.
Fake reviews, fake website (shut down now), no contact number, no return address. Feel tricked and upset.
Even if I have received the product I won't use it because no such company exists, so no spare parts or replacement would be available.
